Wow, the best experience I have EVER had at a doctors office. From the front desk staff to medical assistant (Lorenzo) and my doctor (Dr. Crane), the lady who gave me a tetanus shot, and the lab tech, everyone asked me about me, really spent time, and made me feel great after leaving. I cannot recommend this practice enough, at least through Dr Crane.I'd give this place 6 stars if I could.

Seriously the doctors at this clinic retired in place 5 years ago.My spouse told the doctor 2 years ago the meds were not effective. When asked a simple question regarding the half life of their medications given the decision to get off them, they were redirected to a pharmacist. My kid in high school chemistry could have supplied a better answer.Being in the care of a "could care less" physician is worse than not going at all.....

This is by far, the worst medical clinic I have ever experience. For them is all about the money. Their website is terrible, it does not allow for refill request or even ask specific questions to your doctor. They want you to pay a visit so they can charge you. Their admin is the worst, it took me several months, messages and calls for them to get my medical records. Very poor communication and follow up with patients.

They're booked, so who cares if they cancel your 8am appointment with a 7:15 am voice message. Most people's phones are off at that time. Mine was. At 8am I get the receptionist call as I'm walking in to the office, Only to be rescheduled for 3 weeks later, Then they list the appointment in the portal as a patient cancelation.Go somewhere else. I was supposed to see Souraya Lorenz. Good luck. The Scripp's doctors are goodthe employees are nice, but the operations, management, and portal are all pretty lame. Unfortunately my doctor is in the Scripps system, and she's special. So I'm stuck. But my advice is to check out another Audiologist. It cost me almost 2 hours in traffic and rescheduling my morning. Yes, inconvenient and p--p happens, but all too typical of scripps. My fault, I should have known better.

This is legitimately the worst “medical” facility ever. I’ve been attempting to get in contact with the “doctor” I saw in august regarding a medication he discussed during my appointment. I sent messages on August 28th, September 4th, September 28th and October 3rd. I tried to speak with someone on September 25th. The pharmacy has tried to contact this “doctor” on several occasions. My PCP has tried to contact this “doctor”. No one has responded at all. Not one single response. I’d hardly consider this to be any type of medical facility.

Small Scripps facility. Sufficient parking. Easy to get there.

Avoid this office at all costs. Amy (office staff) is extremely rude and disrespectful. As is Dr. Arya who came into the appointment 30 minutes late as was extremely rude and disdainful towards me during my visit. I asked for a second opinion with Sal Pacella, who decided without seeing me in person that my issue a non healing wound on scar tissue from a previous breast augmentation. "would be better addressed by general surgery" this office is a joke.

I had an appointment and no one was able to direct me to this location (in person at carmel valley scripps or by phone or at their del mar offices where GPS took me) This isn't the first time I had issues with scripps in general. They've grown too big without keeping their quality of services

Dr. Dawkins is awesome. Best Primary physician I’ve ever had. Usually seen very quickly with an appointment and never had any issues. Pretty much as pain free an experience a doctor office can be

While I have a great memory of the clinic visit itself (cordial doctor and nurses), the billing and payments experience is absolutely terrible.I paid off my statement on December 2021 and was given assurance by a supervisor that my bill was completely paid off.5 months later, I received a surprise bill in the mail that was very opaque and unclear in terms of the detailed billing breakdown, so I called customer service. After explaining the situation in detail, I was told by the customer service agent that it was being submitted for review and I would be receiving a letter in the mail absolving me from paying the outstanding bill. 10 days passed but I still hadn't received the latter, so I called back again. Upon calling in (1 day prior to the outstanding bill falling due), the customer service agent told me that her colleague was "confused and had made a mistake" and that "I actually owed the bill"; however, when I pressed her to explain the detailed breakdown of the bill, she was unable to do so and escalated it to her supervisor. Once on the phone with the supervisor, I explained the situation from top to bottom for a third time, followed by several complaints of the user experience (UX) and then--and only then--did they agree to send me a consolidated billing breakdown. While she was generating the billing breakdown, she mentioned that patients are technically able to get this by calling in but it isn't a default feature on the MyScripps portal because it's a "cost and waste of paper"... despite it being digitally generated (an reasoning that makes no sense). Finally, with the consolidated detailed bill in hand, they were able to clearly articulate my charges but only after taking multiple calls andhours of wasted time on each respective party's end. After I complained yet again that I had no confidence that this would be the final bill (based on past experience of receiving a surprise bill), they eventually gave me a measly 10% discount for "express pay" as a courtesy.Unless you have ironclad insurance and/or are willing to sit through mind-numbing calls with customer service on billing inquiries, I'd strongly suggest not using Scripps' services at this clinic. It's a shame that the entire UX of a good visit can be brought down by terrible post-visit customer service touchpoints. I learned a valuable lesson here in customer experience.Every touchpoint matters... don't neglect the post-visit experience, Scripps!

The amount of Covid cult fanaticism that now is inundated into these Scripps facilities is nauseating.Apparently by some magical unseen miracle, only their masks are protection against the dreaded C19. The one you bring is as failed as the 5 vaccinations cult followers have been shooting up like MRNA junkies.I was told I would be accepted to the facility as a new patient prior when booking the appointment and letting it be known I was looking for a primary that wasn’t part of the Cult, as I left Dr Christopher Yokoyama’s office for his devotions to the church of idiocy. What a severe disappointment Scripps and it’s physicians have become.Sincerely - a 15 yr patient of Scripps

Go to Carmel Valley or RB for lab work - lab is slow and inexperienced - 1 hour late on appointment & unusual amount of digging in my wife's arm with a needle to find the vein - this office is hard to find & not setup professionally for labs

Dr. Jyoti Arya and her staff in suite 112 are the best! Very professional, kind and compassionate. You can tell they are care about the patient and you as a human being. I went to see Dr. Arya for a consult for reconstruction options at same time of my mastectomy for a local recurrence of breast cancer. To complicate things even more I had radiation to that same side back in 2013. Dr. Arya explained all my options and what she believed to be best option given my background and current situation. It was a super stressful time for me and she was very patient with me during all my questions and follow up appointments. This was a huge decision for me and I finally said I'm just going to trust her. This was the best decision I ever made! She really cares about her patients and it shows. Thank you, Dr. Arya!!! When time came for surgery, it was almost cancelled in Jan 2022 with spike of Covid and no hospital beds. She fought for me to keep my surgery dates as having my latissimus flap reconstruction at same time of mastectomy would be my best option (limited to have good results with other options due to radiation). I knew I had made the right choice with Dr.Arya. She got me thought surgery, recovery and follow up visits. Her nurses are great (sorry I can't remember everyone's names), but most recently saw Lauren and Carla. They are fabulous!!! I'm not done my journey as I had to have 6 rounds of chemo, which slowed my healing process. Now that I finished last chemo today, ready to continue to heal and with filling my expanders and eventually have some revisions and implant exchange. Fully confident in Dr. Arya and her amazing staff from the front desk, scheduler and all her nurses. They have all been wonderful! Highly recommend!!!! Huge thank you for being so wonderful to me!!!!!! :)

Dr. Michael Lee has been my doctor for more than 13 years. I can't thank him enough for being my best specialist in my lifetime. He's truly a special Dr. Very professional, patient, very smart, empathetic and would really spends time with you and listen without making you feel he's in a hurry to the next patient. Ever since I've met him. He has never changed. I can attest that he's truly dedicated and passionate with his job. And their office are just filled with welcoming and kind staff. Thank you so much Dr. Lee.
