Don't do it... they obviously could not care less for their customers? My order placed 11 days ago, to ship 30 miles away, and I never received an email confirmation saying anything about my order from Satechi... instead I received an order confirmation and tracking number from Rakuten (no big deal - right).... so, apparently no one ever did anything with my order... I had to track down the customer service number for Rakuten because they don't post the # on their site, call and get company information and a phone number for Satechi, call Satechi, only to get some snotty twenty something customer service girl on the line to find my order and confirm that it never shipped... big surprise, and when I asked for expedited shipment I could hear the eyes rolling on the other side of the conversation.... and I am now to wait another 4 days to see if my package arrives >>> totally unprofessional. Hands down, I will never order from this company again.

I purchased this wireless charger from Amazon in November 2020 and really enjoy the compactness and convenience of being able to charge 3 devices simultaneously. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working on a Monday, and by Thursday of the same week, I had a brand new replacement (California to British Columbia)! Lea at Satechi customer service did an outstanding job! Thank you so much :)

If only they would answer my calls, emails, texts. I need to exchange the faulty item I received. Where is everyone. So disappointed. I'll happily amend this if only someone at the company would show up for me.Amended review - once they responded to me they were fair, helpful, suggested a better fit for my setup. I returned the faulty item, bought the one that was suggested (a few dollars less in price), and it’s perfect.

Just got my black leather mouse pad and desk pad... they are awesome!!! The feel and quality is great! Really compliments my workstation/battlestation.

I brought a new Mac book pro and purchased this with it in Australia. I did have an unfortunate experience with my device but dealing direct with the company they replaced as promptly as possible considering the international line.
