The worst!! I bought shoes in MAY 2023. Today is August 7th 2023 Still no shoes!!!I guess the company thinks that they can just steal straight out of people's pockets.

Sam is a leather magician.His work is impeccable and it was clear he went above and beyond to get the best result possible. I took a faded, dingy, stinky designer handbag in for a refresh and it came back looking brand new. Beyond impressed!!!

I'd heard about this place for years but assumed they'd be expensive. Wrong. Prices were fine and the customer service is way better than the big stores. And plenty of selection for a relatively small shop.

Had ankle surgery and was debating if I should order stretchable shoes through Amazon which were pricey. I didn't want to try it since I'll probably end up returning and exchanging before I get the right size. I just got out of the walking boot and had to buy shoes that would fit me since my foot was still swollen. Luckily my co-worker told me about SAS Shoes. I went on the weekend and tried on several shoes and ended up getting two pairs for work, the Willow and Roamer, 8 1/2 WW. So glad they both fit well and I can go to work with leather shoes! They felt comfortable and no break-in needed! Sure they were pricey shoes but definitely worth it! Good thing they had a sale where you get $20 off each pair when you buy two pairs. The salesperson reminded me that we buy cheap clothes but we should never do that with shoes. He has a good point! So thanks SAS for helping me find good shoes that fits!!! No more pain...

Was helped tremendously by Denise. She wasn't pushy just helpful and knowledgeable! Very patient and understanding towards my friend who has feet issues and wears a leg brace! Loved the way the team players got a long. So professional and kind. More importantly, Denise knew what she was doing! A very good experience!!
