Finally found my tax person! I’ve been doing my taxes with turbo tax for the past few years and always felt I’ve been doing them wrong and when I try contacting the agents , they NEVER respond. Miguel was amazing , helped us answer every question we had. Process was fast and Easy.

Make sure you inquire about an initial consultation fee. I don’t appreciate hidden cost. The secretary never mentioned anything, nor does the website. Unfortunately, that’s bad business.

Love doing my taxes here!Miguel has been helping me file my taxes for 10+ years now. He makes the process so easy and I don’t have to stress about tax season at all. He’s so helpful, even after I moved I continue to file my taxes with him. I recommend getting your taxes done here! The whole staff is very kind as well and it’s easy to get a hold of him through phone or email. Responds quickly and before you know it everything is done and I don’t have to worry about anything! 10/10

I was rescued by a true tax professional Angel at Sandra A Lara Tax & Bookkeeping. I was extremely frustrated and exhausted while dealing with a popular H&R Block and a familiar private Tax company that waisted my precious time and ended up charging me additional unexpected expenses. I was referred to Sandra by an existing customer. Upon my initial meeting, I was immediately comforted, reassured, and I felt like a family member not a customer. She personally throughly perused my tax documents, answered all my questions, and provided personal financial recommendations. The Tax experience resulted in the resolution of two Tax Amendments and the filing of my current year year tax being filed. I can't wait for the next tax season.

been coming here for 10+ years no issues great people I Go to Freddy He is great Bilingual. Never had an Issue with them. If you are coming and have an appointment come early due to parking on a very busy street.

The truth is, the experience a long time ago was good, but this time I called and the secretary, I don't know if she's new or if she doesn't like her job, but she was quite rude. I live very close to there and they had told me very well about this place, but the person The person who served me was very rude. I think they should improve customer service and for my part I would not return to this place.

Made tax filing easy breezy - ask for Miguel! After trying the time consuming H&R block and another tax preparer - I was looking to establish a trusting tax relationship and Miguel came recommended through a friend. The business has evolved with the times - I was able to inquire and send everything via email. He confirmed I was comfortable doing so, and is flexible if going to an in-person appointment is your thing. Thorough, fast, and fair office fees. He explained our outcome, was responsive to any and all questions, and available when I needed to chat over the phone. The whole process was expedited when he sent a docu-sign to seal the deal and I'll be getting my taxes in early February!

The worst company I have done bussiness with. In January 17 2022 I went to have Sandra start a LLC bussiness company and she told me it will take 30 days to complete. On February 16 she call me and ased me what was the name of the company? she had forgaten to start the procces and did't even remember the name of the company. One more month goes by and I call to find out if it was ready,the person who answer the phone told it was ready when I get there Sandra told me is not ready. She forgot to send the ficticius name to the county. Sandra tell me it takes 7 days to get it back and its May 20 2022 and not ready yet. I have call Sandra more then 8 times and she never return any of the 8 calls. I am still waiting for her to finish the process and seems like she does not care about her customer, no sence of urgency even by her knowing she has screwup. Do not recomend using her very poor bussines etic.
