Moved to San Diego and put a few hundred bottles of wine at SDWS. Moved to HI then WA and kept wine at SDWS. Had wine stored for about 6 years then finally moved back to CA and went to pick up wine. Noticed when we picked it up, they had moved our wine to a different locker (we were never informed of this). Once we brought our wine home, noticed a couple bottles of Gaja missing from our inventory. Sadly, SDWS had an unexpected death in the business at that time so we never brought up the stolen bottles of wine. Bringing up now because I just saw a review on Google and it brought up bad memories that I wished I had followed up on. Review from Julie Overstreet

I can’t express enough how amazing San Diego Wine Storage, it’s owner and staff are. Conveniently located, they offer spacious and clean lockers and the staff is always available to help. They go above and beyond for their customers. I’m excited to see the final remodeled tasting room!

I only drink night train and it's gone 15 minutes after I buy it. Why would you store it. Drink it.

Discovered wine had been stolen from my locker three months ago. When I discussed with an owner the "solution" offered was to replace the lock they had put on it with my own and not leave a copy at the facility. Then when I provided the information I could as to a possible date of loss and asked them to review security tape for that day I received no response, NOTHING! Not even an acknowledgment of receipt, or an I'll get back to you.

These guys are pro's at SD Wine Storage. Great facility, and any help or advice needed is immediately given. If you want or need to store wine, this is the place to do it.

Fantastic place! The owners are super helpful and friendly and always chat with you as though they've known you forever. Easy access to the lockers and perfect storage conditions make this the place I'll stick with.

Moved from Italy with 500 bottles of wine - put in San Diego Wine Storage shortly after arriving back to the states and they've been there ever since. Now live in Hawaii and it's great to know we have our best wines waiting for us when we get back to the mainland. Very affordable pricing - perfect peace of mind!
