They have everything you need for uniforms, badges, accessories, first aid and camping stuff. The woman who helped me, sorry I forgot her name, was extremely helpful. She helped me get the correct size and stuff for the uniforms. They also hemmed the pants to the correct size, which were ready in a couple of days. Plus, she could answer every question I had about scouting.

San Diego Imperial Council has a wonderful scout shop! I come here all the time to purchase uniform supplies for my four scouts as well as my cub scout pack. They not only have a great selection of scout insignia, they also have a nice camping section including a good selection of knives. The staff, especially Allie, are so very knowledgeable and friendly. I know she can always answer my questions about what goes where on the uniform, or what is needed for a specific rank or award. I have no fears about sending new scout families to the shop to find their uniforms because I know that the friendly staff will help them get everything they need.

Lame. Hours are not up to date on Google, which is where EVERYONE looks to see when things are open. I'd call before you come to make sure they're actually open before you drive over there. Also, can't you just give the kids the badges at the end of camp instead of making us come all the way back to the store to get them and spend more money on things we don't need anyway?

A super nice lady helped me get set for my eagle Court of honor! Unfortunately, the other lady seemed miserable and not nice.Edit: Wow, thanks for 1,000 views on this review! I hate that I get a notification that this broke 1k views, and yet this is a slanderous review that's popular, because other times I'll easily give 5 stars. But the truth is, good customer service is important. And like I said a great lady made it work for me, while the other did not need to be unhappy. But hey, throughout BSA, there are all sorts of grumpy people I've seen.
