As someone who looked for a new home in the amidst of fluctuating interest rates, David and his team went the extra mile to get us the best possible offer. One of David's key strengths is his ability to negotiate with various banks to consistently find lower rates. Another was his commitment to getting our loan approved as quickly as possible by working around (and beyond) the clock. Most importantly, David and his team were always on call to answer any questions I had or help me complete any lingering, loan items.

I called at least 5 mortgage brokers to try to get my home loan purchase financed. We have bought and sold a few homes in the past, so this wasn't our first rodeo with lending.
