Trying to get help from this company is difficult. The owner texted me to do something on the iphone which I couldn't figure out how to do.I went to his office the next day during times posted on his website and he wasn't there. He texted me hours later saying he is only in the office on Saturday.Customer service and work ethic are seriously lacking. If you have hours posted on your website, you should be there!

Omg he is the absolute best!!!! I went to get my Iphone unlocked and I ended up buying a iphone that was already unlocked for CHEAP, IMPECCABLE condition the iPhone is pretty much brand new not 1 scratch & the battery is 97% omg I am so in love thaaaan I went to him 2 weeks later to buy my husband a iphone as well & I have to say I am more than happy! My parents will be buying iPhones from him in a couple days this guy KNOWS what he is doing and he is very reasonable on price! I recommend him 1,000%

Amazing customer assistance. A bit of a task to get to them, as I don't like going into 'the valley', but John is so worth it! Been a customer for years and I couldn't be happier for his above and beyond approach to solving problems. Very smart man.

Please avoid this phone shop. Go somewhere else to have your phone unlocked. This person didnt do the right unlocking like what other shops told me. Unfortunately he won't do any refund. Save yourself a trip and your money. Dont go here. Didn't send a receipt either. Was charged for $100 for unlocking. Yes,went to T-mobile stores, few other phone shops, and was told that go back to this shop,ask for a refund coz he didn't do the proper unlocking. Lesson learned.

A+++ for fast and exceptional service . I need my iPhone XR bypass passcode and reset as factory setting . Many iPhone repair places were unable to do it however San Diego Jailbreak got it done under 30 minutes . Highly recommended

Awesome place, got my iPhone 11 Pro all set up here, he transferred all my stuff from my old android over to my iPhone 11 Pro, and also installed a screen protector for a very fair price. Works perfectly and does exactly as intended as he said it would. 5 Stars, Great customer service and office as well, intelligent guy. Highly recommend. Any bad reviews are most likely unreasonable or crazy people as this seems to be a five-star facility to me. Will be back for anything I need cell phone related. Looks like they also accept cryptocurrency as well.

Was charged $100 to get my wife's phone unlocked. Originally we werent able to get on 4g networks and he said we needed a new SIM card. T Mobile tried multiple SIM cards with no success. I consulted other phone specialists who said the phone was not internationally unlocked. He has denied a refund or complete fix. Please avoid.*We agreed it was acceptable on the basis that his statement of needing a "newer SIM card" was true. Two different T-Mobile reps from different stores confirmed and another phone repair shot confirmed there was nothing wrong with the SIM and that if the phone were truly unlocked appropriately we would have a fully functioning phone on all bands. Thanks for making our S9 an expensive paperweight.
