I was charged $165 for an oil change (more than the dealership would charge) for a “European car upgrade”. And then another fee for coolant. They returned my car with oil on the passenger seat, flakes of filter and debris on the carpet and hand prints all over the door handles and side panel of the car. When I alerted them to this they just shrugged and said it happens because the team gets dirty while working.

Demetrio Was great!! Awesome car wash and Fair oil change price. they even gently got the sap off my car at no extra charge. Great shopping center to hang out while you wait. Will definitely come back. Everyone was super kind. Gas station right next-door as well!! Check out their website for coupons.

I should not have paid for an upgraded car wash just to clean my cupholder because the cheapest is to clean the dash which wasn’t done and according to this picture, the cupholder wasn’t wiped down either so I just wasted extra money for nothing

Very poor service, very disappointed with the wash. I had a hand wash and detail here on Feb 25th. I had given the attendant specific instructions for my car, and was told they would be done. They weren’t. Additionally, the car was still fairly dirty after the wash. It was clear that the hand wash was not worth the extra fee. In fact, no costs here seem to be worth it. To top off the rather subpar wash here, the staff was rude and seemed unwilling to make things better. I would give zero stars if able. I do not recommend going here. Go elsewhere and get a good wash and decent customer service.

Worst service in North COunty. Worst car wash. Best to do it yourself. Slow slow slow. car does not come out clean. Plan on at least an hour for a car wash and no one cares about the slow and poor service, especially management. They are none existent.

This business should be avoided. I ran my car through their absurdly overpriced wash and their faulty equipment broke a piece of front trim off. They refused to take responsibility or fix it in any way although they admitted it happened inside their wash. I will never return.

We always go to this location ...always good service with all the men there ..They work very hard and always do a good job !But today when I went in I spoke with a different young man and he was absolutely wonderful..I had some questions today and he was so nice and so patient and explained everything so well ..with such patience and I learned a lot from him ! His name is Santiago! Ty so much Santiago for ur time and patience and ur expertise..It's so nice to go to places and get such good service ..really makes one's day! I hope Santiago is well appreciated! Ty!

This Chevron is so poorly managed. Their coffee machine has been broken for days not collecting revenue for the owners. I would not be happy.

I payed 27$ to have my car washed. After 20 minutes of sitting in the waiting area, I saw someone drive my car away to a different part of the parking lot. I was confused but I waited 10 more minutes or maybe 15, till I finally had to walk up to someone and say "hi, I'm waiting for my rav 4". They respond with "Oh, it's been ready". I said "No one came over to the waiting area to tell me it was ready". When I got to my car it was still dirty! Not as dirty as it was before. But still it was dirty! I paid to have my car cleaned and there was still crap on my front windshield, the front of my car, my hood... I could have cleaned my car myself for free! The employees are lazy. They did not come up to tell me my car was ready. They did not yell loud enough it was ready. They did not bother to look for me after my car had been sitting elsewhere for 10 or 15 minutes. And my car was still dirty.

San Diego Car Care has consistently delivered spectacular car cleaning services. I am a member of their membership rewards program which also automatically grants you $2 off each time when checking out! The only con is that they WILL take about 45 minutes to 1.5 hour, depending on the time of day and especially if it is a weekend. SD Car Care is conveniently located in the large Skydeck shopping center, so I have never had an issue dropping off my car then heading out for lunch. By the time I return, my car has usually been ready for me. They do hand-wipe it down afterwards, and I have never had any damages done to my car. I highly recommend this car wash place!

Thought we'd try this place again after having been disappointed several years ago. Nothing has changed, minimal effort, and we did the most expensive car wash (the Ultimate). The outside rim was still light gray and when we pointed it out, they said we had to pay more for that. Okayyyyy. Came home and took a closer look, backseat did not even get vacuumed, the interior was still dirty in several places. This place does NOT go above and beyond ever. Very disappointed, we will never go back. Save your money and wash your car with your hose at home, same result.

"Hello, thank you for being our valued customer. You brought your Honda Odyssey on June 25 and bought a Synthetic Blend Oil Change for $74.99 plus taxes and fees equals $84.18. You were given a written estimate before any work was performed. You agreed to the price. We showed you the cabin air filter and the engine air filters. They were very dirty and we recommended replacement. You declined to purchase the replacement filters. We had no option at that point but to re-install both filters into your vehicle. Not sure why you are jumping on Yelp, using bad words, and defaming us. Also not sure what a "dirties" is. Have a nice day"Yes, I were given the written estimate before and I agreed, I did pay the full price, right? That is not my complain at all.Your worker took out the air filters and show me there are a lot of dirties, I saw there are some leaves stuck in the air filters, your work recommend replacement but this will be outside of the written estimate I agreed. I asked if they can just throw those dirties away and re-install them back and got rejected, then I check if I can throw those dirties away and they also rejected. They said they have to re-install it back as is, then I can do whatever cleanup I like. Please let me know if there is any of my description not accurate and I just curious why we need to put those dirties back "AS IS" since they were already out of my car.

These guys are the best . Best prices and they always clean my truck in full inside and out despite me always bringing it caked in mud. Other places turn me away.
