-No response from communications to management. -Charged $150 for locking my keys in my apartment-They refuse packages that are large - seriously, it's 2023. We buy shit online. How do they not accommodate this in a building this new?!?!?!-Took a week to fix hot water problem effecting large part of building

Update: we moved from this horrible place and still have not received our refund from our deposit. It's been over 21 days and they will not return our call. Do NOT let the beautiful views fool you. Do not rent here!
