Tire shop staff was very busy, they did see me wave through the small window and rushed in? I bought a new battery for my car they unloaded the core from my truck and were very kind. Thanks for the great staff and service! I wish they had a buzzer for other people waiting.

I had a delivery schedule for Saturday morning between 8 am -10 am never showed up when I call the store I was placed on hold for over 33 minutes to be hung up on and called back and placed on the hold still waiting for my delivery refund somebody to talk to anything geeezz

LET ME TELL Y'ALL ABOUT THIS RAT INFESTED PLACE!!!! Firstly they offer curbside pickup and have 8 lovely pickup spots in the front and all of which are taken by people who don't have pickup orders and get off and shop. Annoying af so you have to double park behind them and then on top of that they take FOREVER to bring ur order out like if they don't care that you're waiting. I used to work here about 5 months ago and let me tell you them rats was munching on all that produce so just be careful when you buy produce. Idk if they fixed that problem now but they nasty. So honestly they suck ever since andy and jenny left this business sucks they are so rude now.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO MITIGATE THEIR PARKING LOT. Why are so many people allowed to park in the pickup parking spots to go shop inside?! This is the 3rd time I've had to drive around the parking lot to get my pickup order because over 80% of the pickup spots are full of empty cars. I literally watched a woman take the last pickup parking spot & go shop inside with her daughter. This should not be allowed.

Decided to grab some food while shopping and was not worth it at all, the didn't take cash because they didn't open a till that day, and they don't tell you they are out of things until after you buy something so if you decide you no longer want the food you have to go all the way to guest service for a refund, but if you want to exchange it for something else since they don't have the product, they won't do that either. Sams club is not worth it at all! Wish I could give 0 stars...

I went this morning and had a very bad and unpleasant encounter with Melanie. I was scanning my groceries in self check out and ran into an issue when paying. I needed assistance and a nice lady she might've been new, couldn't help resolve issue. That was not an issue with me since she told me she was going to get some one to help her, help me. Fair enough. She went and got someone to come and help. This is where Melanie stepped in. As soon as she realized my payment method, she was so quick to mention to me she's never used that method. It struck me odd and extremely out of place. I tried not to overthink it and focus on my issue and again she found the need to tell me she didn't have answer to my question because again she's never used my payment method. At this point I realized she intentionally and deliberately made it a point to make me feel as if she's far superior than me and I felt extremely judged. I have never in my life encountered a person with such lack of empathy and respect towards the consumer. I have faith this issue will be addressed with the attention it deserves.

I really like how the layout of most all Sam's Club's are, from California to Texas. One of my favorite things about Sam's Club is the café. The hotdogs are good, the salad is good, and the pizza used to be better. The deluxe has always been my favorite, but it seems that "Covid" has had an affect on the pizza also! Lol and they really need to start putting an emphasis on cleaning the tables that you sit and eat at!

Is not what it just to be, customer services is bad, meat department has spoiled meat and the chicken looks grey :(, definitely the refrigeration in that place is not good, my experience was horrible, I will cancel my membership

I don't have a Costco card but I don't need one because I am all about Sam's club. I order my stuff on the app and go to pick it up or have it delivered.

I shop here but I'm never going get the creamer again and so much for taking it back because I dumped most of it out to see nasty chunky chunks. A waste of money as well I get inflation is happening but when this happens it's completely wrong. They say take it back but it's not the point the fact that you trusted the place and environment to do there best instead they raise prices and do there worse. I'm not sure if I'm coming to this one and this is the second item that was bad. I have went all the way home and found the $9 Mac and cheese broken. If your gonna raise prices then stop selling broken s*** especially food that's people's money being taken twice.

Worst customer service. Came In for an approved return, waited 40 minutes or so in the return line with a Sam's representative on the phone. Once it's my turn the lady working the return counter said she cannot speak to anybody and that I just have to do the return by mail or speak to the manager. I ask for the manager, she gets all snarky as they speak amongst themselves. The manager proceeded to ignore me to help other people in line that were dealing with memberships and not returns. I tell the representative over the phone that they're now just ignoring me, and so the manager comes up and says that I need to complete the return by mail and there's nothing she can do. What made it so upsetting was that they refused to speak to the customer representative over the phone that said it was possible. That he just needed an approval that the item was in box so he can process the return. But they refused to even speak to him while giving me a horrible attitude.

The manager of this Sams Club is a nasty demeaning woman with horrible customer service ability. I can’t believe that anyone would allow this Jenny person to manage a store in a major city! All the managers there are just completely rude to customers for asking simple questions! Sams Club needs to drain this swamp asap!! Apparently she fired a bunch of employees in the last few weeks after they were already understaffed….. Mismanagement at its finest

If you are in San Diego you really don't need a Sam's membership--no gas station & they won't replace batteries that are located in the trunk (last replacement was at Sam's in San Antonio). I suggest switching it for a Costco membership. I love the Sam's in Palm Desert, but the San Diego location is not good unfortunately!
