Way better than costco. Love their scan and go app no waiting for cashier lines and i can track the total cost in the app.Alot if bad reviews here about petty stuff. Everyone at the store is helpful nice. Never had an issue with employees other than your typical rude customers, Must be the ones writing bad reviews.

Do not use them for party planning without a backup plan.Yesterday, they canceled a brownie tray "because they didn't have any tests to put them on, but you can go in and buy something to carry them on". WTF!Today they cancelled a pinwheel sandwich tray out of my order and didn't send any notifications except the pick up is ready.Hello, they SELL the stuff to make them!!So dissatisfied with their service.

So, I was deciding whether to join Sam's Club or Costco today. I decided on Sam's Club. What I thought would be a great Membership experience took a turn for the worst. For the sake of time I will try to make this post short. My wife and I just purchased a home. I was so excited to make purchases on Washers and Dryers etc. etc. I decided to buy some items today befire our major purchases.Sadly as I am waiting in line I realized I realized I needed another item. The Manager said she could call and have it brought to the register... 10 min later as I am allowing Customers to go before me while I wait... I asked another Manager... but to no avail... So I ended up leaving the store with nothing. After that experience I refused to even purchase the items I needed.I do want to give credit to Synetta though, she was very helpful...I heard her announce the help I needed over the intercom I believe...But still nobody responded.I guess I will have to make those purchases at Costco. And to think I was a New Member today and did express when I joined that I was trying to decide between Sam's Club or Costco.Bad Experience

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday today. Went to pick it and there was no writing on the cake. Asked the employee who handed me the cake if they could put on the writing that was suppose to be there and they said there was no one working today that could write on the cake. No apology, just straight up rude. This is the second time I have had an issue with a cake order. I do not recommend this store.

Pickup curbside here SUCKS. What's the point in having a time scheduled if it's never ready on time? I have given these people multiple chances, and every time I'm stuck waiting an hour, PAST my scheduled time. "In progress" means, not even picked yet. Pissing mothers with babies off, that's for sure.

Sam's Club, oh Sam's Club you have so much potential despite looking and smelling like an overgrown Walmart. The deals are ripe for the the taking and, yet, you'll never be as great as Costco due to the many disappointments. It's sad, really. Products are fine. That's not the issue. Customer service is #1 and Sam's Club's # 1 thing it needs to work on. The customer service I've received at almost every single Sam's Club I've been to has been very very low - think how low can you go - again, like most Walmarts. The customer service I receive at Costco makes me feel as if I own the place. It's just that good. The return policy highlights this very well. On most non electronic items Costco will let you return it years later if there's a problem - no questions asked. Sam's Club? Fat chance. Sam's Club, oh Sam's Club, the lines to check out are usually a mile long and move like 5 o clock traffic on Interstate 5 in Downtown Los Angeles - very, very, very slow. Sam's Club , oh Sam's Club , the potential is there, but the Customer Service as a whole fails to deliver an excellent value for the membership cost. I'll be keeping my Executive Costco membership which I've had since 2004 and won't be making the trek to the sad store called Sam's Club.

Completely incompetent. Takes literal hours to get through to anyone on the phone. When you finally do and you make arrangements for a freight company to go pick up your order via curbside, they'll tell you not to not to send a truck until they've confirmed your order. Once they do confirm and you spend hundreds of dollars dispatching the truck, they'll make your driver sit there for hours and then send him away because THEY cancelled the order. Unbelievable.

Tire shop staff was very busy, they did see me wave through the small window and rushed in? I bought a new battery for my car they unloaded the core from my truck and were very kind. Thanks for the great staff and service! I wish they had a buzzer for other people waiting.

Received 2 prescriptions from vet. Went to pharmacy here: 1 filled, dog Rx, Apoquel 5.4. Took 25 minutes, best price over Costco & other online orders. 2nd dog Rx, Furosemide 12.5 called in. On 6/4/22 went to pick up. First could not find order. Found after 15 mins & told to sit & fill fast. Waited 20 mins and lady pharmacist came out saying out of stock, would order, and in 1 WK. Took ph#. No call by 6/11/22. Couldn't get through via phone. Waited for call saying pills arrived 9 days. No call. Order had to be done by online pharmacy- shipping & 8 day wait. Sam's Club just called 6/18/22 said order ready. Leery but will try again for Furosemide and possibly Apoquel in am. 6/20/22. Over 2 wks to hear order in. Dog required med to live. Loved #1 visit price. Hated near hour to be told "out" & will call, didn't for 2 wks.

The manager of this Sams Club is a nasty demeaning woman with horrible customer service ability. I can’t believe that anyone would allow this Jenny person to manage a store in a major city! All the managers there are just completely rude to customers for asking simple questions! Sams Club needs to drain this swamp asap!! Apparently she fired a bunch of employees in the last few weeks after they were already understaffed….. Mismanagement at its finest

This place is just like Walmart since they are affiliated so they sell a lot of every day household items but they sell bulk items, so the lines are always long and the big speed bumps are tall and messes up my car.The customer service line used to always take forever, but it seems like they've worked on that throughout the years. I usually only come here to grab seltzers or anything else I can't find at Costco since the stuff they sell is very similar to things you can find at Smart N Final where a membership is not needed. I always purchase my membership through Groupon so it can get challenging when trying to redeem and also obtaining your incentives. I hate that they always say it'll be on your member savings account but it's never in there. Thankfully the workers there understand this and usually just overrides your incentives. However, I do like that they sell more everyday items here than Costco where you're inclined to purchase instead of the warehouse items like Costco. They also always have a great selection of clothes, things to gift people, and household furniture items.

I've been going to Costco way back when it was Price club in a multiple restaurant owner so I started going there they before yesterday I decided to check out the Sam's Club haven't ever been there and I have to tell you if they're trying to be like Costco my god they need to clean house with the management I was walking through the isles including the fresh food section which looks just like Costco in a lot of ways but to see the area of the poultry and meat where the packaging was like somebody went through there like a banshee. Packages were strong about I never saw something like this over at Costco so I asked for the manager I was just curious and there's a lady was walking up to me kind of short at first I thought this was a cleaning woman and it turns out she was a general manager she Musta had a bad night or something and even though I was telling her about that and the only reason I was sharing that information with her as I thought well maybe she's a walk on the floor something that you learn along time ago when you're supervising employees and they call that management by walking around. I could tell she didn't care as I was walking out the door I noticed a gentleman and and apparently I just had an interview with the same woman he said that he couldn't believe that for the first time in his life that the possibility of trying to get employment that would be impossible due to his age although he wasn't gray-haired but he was clearly over 55 years old he was invited for the interview and was not even given an opportunity to sit down with this manager she simply just took a few steps away from somebody was with and asked him what his name was he presented the invitation letter and then a few questions she wasn't even prepared to give the interview gently when you're going to give an interview you will already have the persons résumé with you so you can skim over it as you're asking questions and getting them to engage in a conversation apparently it wasn't even given this opportunity .he called the phone number on the invitation letter that apparently is if you have a concern about it talk to some lady there for probably a half an hour she agreed that it was probably Age prejudice and hope by making the company aware of it that they could talk to this woman. Anyway you won't see me in that store again,,,
