Today I made 2 truck runs the the San Diego store 6875 El Cajon Blvd. I met Tiffany, the Store Manger, and she and her team were great. They unloaded my truck, were professional, and very courteous.

July 2023 update - the store is in horrible condition, so incredibly dirty and old awful inventory. I donate here all the time, so do my neighbors. We’re donate high quality, clean items and they never make it to the shelves. Where do all the quality items go, when do the shelves get cleaned? Come on! This is a great location, SA COULD BE MAKING A KILLING with a clean, well stocked store!!!This was my favorite thrift, super friendly, hard working staff and clean pre -2022. No more! This store is in decline, since 2021 when management changed, the shelves are poorly stocked (where are the good items? Do they ever get out of the employee back room?) The store is filthy, truly. It’s getting so gross. Please address this location and the employees, they need serious help. I won’t be back for a while.

A very reasonable thrift store considering many other thrift store locations these days mark up their merchandise more than they need to. My wife and I often donate items back here to continue supporting the recovery ministry.

Extremely rude experience. I waited in line not saying a peep while the slowest cashier in the world went through three people. Another cashier opened up in this time but did not call the people who were next in line but rather just help the people who ran up to him. By the time I got up to the counter with my one item, this large man said he had to go in the back room and I'd have to go to the next person. I swear I left my item and walked out. They should teach these cashiers some common decency and courtesy.

Over the past few days this location has made some remarkable changes in attitude, items and cleanliness. This is my new honey spot. I also would recommend donating your gently used items to this place to benefit their men and women in the drug and alcohol program.

Big store. Well organized. Lots of clothing. Although I did not go for that. I was looking for household stuff. There were plenty of dishes. I did not see much silverware. And few other household stuff of value. The dish find was great. I bought some Japanese made plates. Good quality. My entire expenditure was $50. I found one nice decorative pillow which was discounted that day for $1.50.

Never open during the hours that they are supposed to open especially the donation center. Donation center closes and 4pm, but by 3pm the gates are chained, while the reps inside can't assist either.

This is my favorite thrift store in San Diego! I make sure to check them out when they have sales and always end up finding great deals. This location offers a wide selection of clothing, shoes, houseware, and other miscellaneous items and everything is pretty organized. The employees are friendly for the most part too. My only frustration is that their fitting room has yet to reopen and they recently removed their mirrors (which is vital when clothing shopping). Please bring them back and open up that fitting room!!

I actually love this store but the last 5 or 6 times I've been in there they have been closed or will be closing an hour or more early. And their excuses are always nonsensical and even sometimes rude. It's maki g me not even want to go check anymore it's ridiculous.

Forget about donating clothes here. We drove to 2 different centers, wasting gas and time because their online info says they accept clothing during certain hours. When we arrived, there was one excuse and then another for the store being open to shoppers, but no intake for clothing donations.
