They were closed at 6pm, not the posted business hours.
No dressing rooms either and all sales final.

Their slogan should read "WE'RE A BUSINESS NOT A CHARITY!" Turns away homeless in need of clothing. Do not donate here.

Great place for Grafs. You always have to come back because you never know what you’re going to stumble across

Best managed store I've been to, and the entire staff is full of friendly people. Not only do I find great deals, Kim the manager always takes time to say hello and welcome back.
I visit this store often and always leave with a positive experience.

Great community members but a little difficult to get ahold of. I went to volunteer and had a great time. The goods you donate defiantly go back into the community.

I felt compelled to write a review of my last year shopping at the Point Loma Salvation Army location. I recently retired and became an ebay reseller. I have thrifted at this store as a consumer since it was opened at this location. I was also involved with opening the Rock Thrift many years ago. All this to say that I know the industry. I have seen this location change over the past year under the guidance of your manager Kim. I have seen Kim improve the look of the store and it's organization. She is a gem and I hope she is appreciated by you as much as she is by the many customers enjoying the experience of shopping here. Kudos to all the hard work of staff and management. Despite the many challenges of the building and the location; I have seen the store improve and thrive. Staff working here are also a joy to be around. Again, despite the challenges of what comes at them. This is always a credit to upper management because the top flows down. Thank you to Salvation Army for keeping your doors open and your prices stable. While I have noticed other thrift stores pricing resellers out of the market, you extend your charity to those of us trying to make ends meet as resellers.

Just went to this place (3240 Rosecrans) and had horrible customer service. Went with my daughter and my wife. The young lady that was working with dark hair didn’t know we were together. I asked her about fitting rooms and she responded “No we don’ t have any” and started shaking her head as if I asked a dumb question. My wife and daughter didn’t say anything until we left but she was very rude to them as well.

Hidden gem! Whenever I go I always find treasures, sometimes even new items still with tags attached. Store is clean, organized and staff always helpful and friendly.

This place was dirty and uncapped, the variety isn't even as close as Goodwill, a couple blocks away. Staff were friendly.... But they have kind of a rough clientele with a good amount of homeless unfortunately.

This thrift store slaps! Every time i go in, i find new items out and on the floor . Definitely organized well . The furniture items are priced well, and definitely easy to donate items in the back! Always check what color of the week is for the clothes to know which one is discounted !

Nobody monitors the Mad Max like small parking lot. Was just there and a car was parked blocking the first entrance, the last entrance had a car coming in (it's an out by the donations) with three cars including mine trying to donate. Employees and security walking around like they have no responsibility towards the situation. Will not be attempting any donations here in the future.
