Came in a few days ago and the customer service was 10/10! Angie helped me choose the perfect hair color and the tools I needed to do it at home. She was super sweet and knowledgable and my hair turned out great! ?

I visited this location, in a moment of emergency ? Angela was so knowledgeable and friendly. She saved me a ton of $$$ and time. Angela used her sense of humor and Advise me to leave my hair alone and give it a deep conditioning. Thankyou Angie!!!!

Went in today 08/31/22 had an unpleasant experience with the two working in the morning. I work customer service and couldn't imagine not giving 100% to my guests. That being said i asked about a 25% off sign I spotted and asked if the shampoo fell under that category, the employee aloofly said "uhh, sure."I know, not that bad i get it but mind you we were the only ones in the entire store. Then my girlfriend asked the same girl if she knew if they had shampoo for red dyed hair for any brand because when she asked if they had it in Sally's brand she said they didn't make it (ion). So she said "I dont know" and stood there stairing, and my girlfriend said "ok.. i guess ill just look myself?", and her reply was "YEAH! you DO THAT!" then turned and walked away. Hopefully a district manager can get these two specific training on customer service and product knowledge. Sad.

Went their today, their hours posted on the door and online states that they are open 11-6pm on Sundays but when I opened the door it was locked.

Went to get a hair dye without really knowing what to do and this wonderful lady with blue/green in her hair helped me and my mother so much! Explaining each product to me and what to do! Plus hair masks and other stuff! I couldn’t catch her name but I could tell she really knew what she was talking about and wanted to make sure my experience was great :)

Horrible customer service!! I work in the customer service industry and those women are careless and not helpful. The price for a product was different than the price that was rung up. They tried to explain all this stuff about being understaffed and that’s their excuse for the prices but way different. Not my business I’m the customer and if I see a product prices for $8 and they’re still forcing the rung up price which was almost $11 that’s messed up they “couldn’t help me” horrible customer service and I did not leave happy I don’t trust their prices on their products now and there’s no excuse for not accommodating the price for me that I saw. There’s no excuse for them not even being friendly either as if it’s my issue

Need to find employees that open the store on time this is the third time I've been here and the store is not open on time I just saw two other customers come and go so you're losing business.

Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but one of your employees, she worked Monday at 10 a.m. was super helpful. I had very brassy highlights/hair and she helped me pick out the perfect toner and blue shampoo. She was very knowledgable and my hair looks 100% better.

I really enjoyed my visit here. I was helped by a very friendly staff member and they were super knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like he answered all of my questions and I left feeling comfortable dying my hair at home. I will definitely be returning!

I had ordered my items ahead of time and waited until I received a text saying they were ready. I headed to the store during open hours and there was a sign saying "back in 5 minutes" and I was waiting for 15 minutes before anyone showed up. The point of ordering ahead is to avoid the wait and time consuming process that shopping in store can be. This was very frustrating and I wasn't the only one waiting. By the time the worker showed up, there were 8 people waiting.
