I went into this particular store in San Diego thinking I would be welcome and pleased, but totally the opposite.
The store was not busy and there were staff around.
However, never at one time did a staff member greet or even bother to ask me if I needed help. I had a service dog with me and I’m sure that was not the issue why no staff bother to help me.
I was shopping for men’s suits and found all the sizes in the men’s suit section disorganized.
There was a shop lifter in the store and he was confronted by the security team, which made this store seem like a really bad…ghetto.
Finally when I only came to the front to purchase a shirt, no one was on the register and I patiently waited for a few minutes. The staff member did her thing to quickly check me out and I told her that my experience was not good. Only then did she say, “Have a nice day or try to have one.”.
Overall, I did not find the suit I came in for and was very disappointed in Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH.

Went and looked at the dresses in the back by near the back of the store and they were all torn on the bottom that was weird and some of them have like grease stains on the front of them like someone had just like spilled something all over them it was crazy

A suit place that has zero help from the staff. Couldn’t find anyone for about 40 minutes. Tried to purchase 2 suits. Only cashiers and nobody else. Place went down a lot. Feels like some Burlington inside. Nobody to help. No altering. Nobody in the fitting room. You buying a suit and no tailor around to ask questions. A ghost zone. Also from the previous experience, many employees are very rude and give attitude for no reason. I’m always very polite to everyone. I don’t need to be subjected to your miserable issues.

Unless you want used items, please do not order from this company. They sent you the used shoe and didn’t take it back. When I followup, their customer service like a robot keeping saying their distribution center rejected it and can’t provide any information. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Go shop somewhere else

Extremely Disappointed with SAKS - 1 Star Rating I am compelled to leave this review after an extremely disappointing experience with SAKS. I placed an order (Order #121563859) on December 19, expecting timely delivery before Christmas. The order included two shirts and two t-shirts, with a delivery date set for December 24. The first part of my order, a "HUGO - Ermo Logo Casual Slim Fit Button Down Shirt," arrived as scheduled on December 23. However, the rest of the order, which included a "BOSS - Tessler Slim Fit Tee," "HUGO - Dallejo Logo Tee," and "BOSS - Roan Slim Fit Print Shirt," supposedly delivered on December 28 (Tracking #XDL08068222), was never received. Despite the website's claim of delivery, the items were nowhere to be found. I reached out to SAKS customer service, expecting a prompt and fair resolution. To my dismay, their response was far from satisfactory. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue, but they also left me without any reasonable recourse. As a result, I am without the merchandise I paid for and, more importantly, out of pocket for these undelivered items. What adds to the frustration is the lack of a proper platform to address or escalate this issue within SAKS. As a customer, it is disheartening to see such negligence and disregard for consumer rights. The inability to get a response or a refund for undelivered goods is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in SAKS. I am left with no choice but to warn potential customers through this review. I rate SAKS 1 star for their failure to deliver the promised goods, their inadequate customer service response, and their inability to provide a satisfactory resolution. I hope this review serves as a call to action for SAKS to improve their service and address customer grievances more effectively. Sincerely,
