Very poor customer service !!!! They sold my husband a night light instead of a humidifier. When they sold it to him they assured him it will fill the room with aroma and it barely gave off any scent when we put the water and the oil. We went back to the store and they told us : “no this model doesn’t fill the room it only gives a small scent to a pillow next to it”. We were given wrong information by the salesperson the first time, and yet they refused to let us return it, (Claimed it’s their sustainability policy), and wouldn’t give us any discounts on anything further. Even though I told them the purpose of this humidifier was aromatherapy for the upcoming birth of my child! I was shocked at their lack of customer service and I will never purchase anything from there again.

The customer service is horrible… the lady charged me for one extra product $30 + and each bag. When I was purchasing they didn’t even ask me if I want the bags for charge. When I came back and asking politely to verify the bill, the sales woman started giving me attitude . Not even acknowledging her mistake. Instead educating me on California law that she doesn’t have to ask me if I want bags for charge. When I said well she could have asked at least, she kept arguing that she doesn’t have to ask and it’s a law. Girl, do your job properly and own your mistakes instead of getting angry and giving customers your attitude.

Th shopping experience is pleasant with knowledgeable and courteous staff. No buying pressure and lots of testers. Products appear to be of high quality. Check the expiration date and be advised that the date format is dd/mm/yy since it is a Canadian company.

This review is for my experience today. Past experiences have been better but today I was denied in store shopping because I did not have a mask on. I was asked if I had one and when I said, "No, I don't."- The female employee, said she had one if I wanted it and I said, "No thank you, I'm good." She then told me I couldn't shop inside the store without one. I asked if she would discriminate and deny me from purchasing and she said I could wait outside and pay. I of course left because I needed to shop inside to find a gift and didn't know exactly what I wanted. I hope this Saje store and their corporate office re-evaluates how they treat customers. The new mask "rule" is an unsigned memo from the public health office (a guideline). Not a law. Nothing signed by Governor (and even if it were - it still isn't a law). I'm attaching a flyer that I hope Saje will take a look at, as they and their employees, can and will be held liable under Federal Law 21 U.S. Code 30BBB-3 and Title II, III, IV of the US Civil Rights Act of 1964. I was able to shop in 9 other stores at UTC without any problems regarding masking. So happy to see other businesses understanding Federal laws.

I love Saje! Every store but this store. I was denied entry into the store by a female because I refused to have hand sanitizer put on me, that she demanded I use. I was happy to wash my hands but was told I needed hand sanitizer or to not step into the store. I asked for her to bring me dish soap/I could pay her (the only thing I came for/didn't need to go in the store) but she refused to let me purchase anything from anywhere.

Hi been using saje for years before they came to America. Been buying on line during covid. Stopped at store and stressed employee came to door and said you can't come in unless you disinfect. I said I won't touch anything I know what I want. She said I must deny you entry. I said I won't touch and she said no you can't come in. She never asked what I wanted or could she get it for me. No other store demanded I using hand sanitizer to enter. I said no because my skin is a mess from the dry weather and washing. I left and am happy to shop other cleAn producers sold in stores and on line. Sad to leave the brand but won't be treated that rude to spend my money.

Natalie is GREAT!! I have been avoiding going to Saje because the employees have been kind of rude and unwelcoming lately, but thank you Natalie for being so helpful and for your awesome energy! You are awesome Natalie! Thank you for working during these times as well. We all appreciate you!

FOR ALL THINGS CALMING AND EVEN A BOOST TO THE IMMUNE SYSTEM: Thank goodness this AROMATIC ESSENTIAL OILS retail store (where one is encouraged to TEST TRY shelves of samples of essential blend oils) is steps away from the Apple Store at UTC Mall. Fortunately, I was able to get rebalanced quickly here while experiencing some anxious moments while my iPhone was on the fritz! I chose to purchase a bottle of “UNWIND” — jojoba seed oil (simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil) orange (citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) peel oil) bergamot (citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot) fruit oil) lavender (lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil) geranium (pelargonium graveolens oil) cinnamon (cinnamomum zeylanicum leaf oil) which I sniffed for the entire day to help me remain calm. They also can set you up with diffusers and essential oils to help boost your immune system. Thank you ladies! I’m grateful for your suggestions. ?????????
