Good prices on items. Most branches are messy and unkempt. No staff to assist when help is needed. Price is the only reason to go. Atmosphere is dry and somber.

Yes they are cheap but try not to buy so much because you cannot bring their carts out the store. So dumb

30 customers inline but only 1 cashier for return and 1 for purchase??? Others also complain this is typical for this store. Love to support local Ross but won't come back
