Hands down the best smoke shop because of the customer service, Today I went in just to browse around not even thinking about spending money but the owner Max hooked it up I can't believe the deal he gave me, anywhere else I'm positive that wouldn't of happened, basically if you want to be treated like a VIP or family member come here because that's what they make you feel, Max and Matt are so welcoming they make you feel like a family member or an old family friend, and if you have ANY issues please speak with either Max or Matt they will help you out big time.

Visited Rollin J’s initially out of convenience, it’s the closest smoke shop to me. But since then, I’ve become a repeat customer for two reasons. 1. Because of Max. He’s the most positive and nicest person ever and 2. Fantastic selection of items.

Had a friend recommended I go there when she found out where I lived, saying that Max — the owner of the shop — was a great guy and that she loved going to the shop and I've never been more glad to go! The shop was very well organized and clean, the owner so helpful, and he gave us an amazing deal. Couldn't recommend more

Love coming here. The owner of the shop is so attentive to his customers and respectful. Always have great conversations with him, not to mention the prices and products. Perfect for all your smoking needs. He has all of the best stuff. Definitely best smoke shop in San Diego. You can find whatever you need here. So many of my friends come here after I told them how great it is. All around best customer service, best prices and best products.

This place is my favorite smoke shop to come to and i stop by as much as I can and I travel all the way from el cajon and it is a good vibe in there no judgements and reat and my pitbull puppy loves the owner of the smoke shop too it's coolawsome and thank you for all the help u have given me I fully appreciate it somuch and God bless u and thanks xoxo Sabrina
