I cannot say enough good things about this brand and particularly this location! I've purchased many items here over the last few years and have been consistently impressed with the fit and quality of the clothing and especially the customer service.
I'd like to give a public shoutout to Alex as well - he took incredible care of me when a package was stolen from my doorstep and ensured that I was satisfied with the resolution of the issue. Alex - if you read this - thank you!
If you're in UTC you owe it to your self to stop in and see what they have for you! You won't be disappointed.

I recently visited the Rodd & Gunn store and had the pleasure of meeting Ethan. The company is very lucky to have someone like him. Hubby and I went in there to see what was new. Met with a very pleasant Sales rep MICHAEL and he was great! Like 5-Star Great. He gives customer service the way it SHOULD BE. Ask For Michael, he will even be a concierge to great spots in and around San Diego. Back to the store, so they were having a good sale, bought some shirts and their 2yr warranty for their clothes is real :-o, they took back my husband's jacket that we were surprised got faded and he will be getting a replacement jacket in the mail. WOW!! It was a good a shopping experience.

I went in here today and let me tell you, I am not sure there is a better shopping experience for a completely ignorant man. I typically where sweats/shorts and t shirts but have been looking to spruce up my style. The manager, (I apologize, I did forget his name) was incredible from start to finish. Talked about my lifestyle, their brand, and how it would work for me. He helped with sizing, color, everything. Was even asking me questions about if I "run hot" or am typically cold etc to help pick the right material for what I needed. I will 100% shop from this company in the future. Incredible.

Great selection but wonderful costumer service. Although I didn't end up buying shoes from them, Michael was incredibly helpful and pointed me towards other option. I look forward to coming back -- maybe getting a linen shirt!

I was looking at a vest but wasn't sure if it would work for business casual. Very impressed when Henry took the time to look up my husband's favorite work trousers (from a different brand) and advise. Then went to added trouble to help ensure that my husband wouldn't find out about the purchase in advance as it was for a gift! Great service from start to finish.

I bought a queenstown sweater in Nov 2022 for 30% off. I was told by the manager that was the only sale of the year. Today Dec 27, 2022 i came into the same store at Stanford Shopping Center. I saw the same sweaters on sale for 50% off. The regional manager Star was working. Refused to do a price adjustment , had to be within 7 days of sale. Star said sorry manager said that. Does not matter to me when I left i heard Star say . I apologize to customer behind mrI turned around and repeated what she said to customer. I have bought 3 sweaters and five polos at this store. The manager is two faced and dishonest . I will never go back to and Rodd and Gunn so

Staff in this store is amazing. Not only I had an excellent experience while in the store but they went far beyond what I expected in order to deliver one piece of clothe I ordered which they didn't have in store. They showed the really care about their customer. I'm definitely coming back to this store.

My husband really likes their clothing and they're a new-to-us mens store. Since he enjoyed what we ordered online recently, we stopped by the UTC store Friday mid-afternoon. There was one salesperson/employee on the floor. She was behind the counter which is in the back of the store and seemed to be doing nothing. She didn't approach us once or offer to assist us even though we were looking around for a few minutes. She just stared silently. Obnoxious and I won't return. Would have loved to purchase a few things, but she soured the experience for us.
