This was my first purchase from Roark (women's line). For me the number one reason I return to an online store is their customer service. Not knowing how the sizing ran I went with the models measurements along with my normal sizing. I purchased a jacket and a few other items for a trip this week. I paid for two day shipping so I would receive items in time. The small was a tad too small and needed M. I spoke to customer service online which responded right away. I was able to exchange and receive before my trip this week. I will definitely be purchasing other awesome items from Roark. The women's line is awesome!

Chase and Travis were awesome! Spent a good hour in the store talking through different apparel and the stories behind them. They consistently engaged in conversation and helped with sizing/inventory whenever needed. Clothing is spot on!

I always enjoy stoping by this store at One Paseo when I'm in Del Mar. They have a really cool vibe inside the store with lots of great options ranging from beach to mountain/outdoor clothing and accessories. They even have electric off-road bikes you can buy. Kind of wanted to take one for a joy ride but to no avail lol.All the staff are super friendly and are always quick to give you are warm welcome when you visit the store. I feel the quality is top notch for the items that I have purchased and very reasonably priced. I remember looking at the tags thinking the jackets were a solid deal. They have lots of fun accessories that make great gifts as well. There are some cool luggage pieces and EDC gear as well. Also I hear their launches a women's line as well. If you are looking for some great ideas for holiday gifts I'm sure you will find something great!

Really great store, and well stocked. It was my first time in the store we got to taste some beer and I bought some clothes for my little brother who I had taken with me. I had always looked at their site online because I find the clothing really neat, stylish. I can't wait for their women's line since I already love how the men's clothing looks.

From an online order: My shirt came with bleach stains I got a replacement sent to me. That one came with even worst stains, not to mention side by side the first shirts color and design were so much more faded than the new one. I wonder how many customers receive badly faded low quality shirts without knowing the colors should be more bright and bold. This company needs serious help in the quality control department.I doubt a shirt with bleach stains would make it on the rack of a storefront, but your product may be coming with other unnoticed defects like faded color on the design like my shirt has.
