I shopped thier plenty of time. This was by far the worst. No one helping, any questions I had to google it0for yhr answer. I asked for shoe's, they didn't even hand them to me. They put them at the end of the bench opposite side ftom where I was sitting.

Managers were great, check in and checkout were great… salespeople were very non-informative And didn’t go out of their way to help. One response I received when asking for a comparable shoe in another brand to compare and she stated, “I don’t know, just look and bring me the shoe and I’ll put it in to be delivered” smh isn’t that your job to know the $180 shoes you’re trying to sell me. When insoles were formed, manager stated sales person would make sure they fit in the shoe properly and I had to ask her to do it, after she pointed to the register and said, “you just pay there”
I get working with the public can be tiring, but 1/2 the staff seemed helpful and the other half are there to collect a paycheck and couldn’t be bothered. I witnessed another salesperson completely roll her eyes at another customer for asking for a different size. To be fair I did witness another salesperson who brought out extra shoes that she thought would be helpful and was very pleasant, but my sales experience was not that. Btw this is the second such incident but the first review because I chalked it up to being extra busy last time. Hoping this poor service is not where RR is headed.

Not happy with the service. Not a store where you can walk in and fit a pair of shoes, you have to approach an associate for assistance and even then we waited for over 10 minutes and no associate/ no shoes. We left right away afterwards.
Update: I was contacted by Angie C. Social media manager and offered to correct the issue provided I give them my RSS account. My account should not have a bearing on how customer service works.

The entire process moved very efficiently, from check in to check out. Amber was very friendly and engaging. Clinton was awesome! He was very patient and informed. He listened to my needs and made good suggestions. The cashier thoroughly explained the benefits of the VIP program and ensured I maximized my discounts. I will definitely visit again.

Had to do a size exchange… it was quick and easy!! Only store I buy sneakers at. I wear a 14 4E good luck any where else. Been shopping here for at least 15 years always a great experience!
