I was searching for a specific car for my son. After looking at different places we went with San Diego Auto House. Sean was able to walk us through every step and was transparent about every detail. He provided the best costumer service when purchasing a vehicle. I will recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Sean!!

Update: A police report has been filed. My assault story (and being held against my will) by Sean Abee at San Diego Auto House. I recently listed my car for sale on Facebook and was contacted by Sean Abee. He offered me $5,000 for the car and when I got there, he naturally tried to offer me a much lower number. That's when things took a drastic turn for the worse. I politely declined his low offer multiple times, and when I tried to leave I discovered that the door was locked. He put his hand over the button that unlocks the door and continued to pressure me to accept the offer. After finally letting me out, he followed me to my car and proceeded to slam the driver door very hard and hit my arm in the process. He then called me a midget and shouted obscenities repeatedly. The best part of all of this is that I immediately called the police and was sent to their non-emergency line and put on hold for over 20 minutes. After no answer, I called back and was told that the wait time to report an assault was about 44 minutes. All of this is to say, watch out for predatory and possibly criminal "car dealers" on Facebook. And if something does happen and you're assaulted, well, in San Diego you're apparently on your own.

I recently purchased a BMW 7 Series 2020 from San Diego Auto House, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Sean, who assisted me, deserves special recognition for his professionalism and expertise. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Sean was knowledgeable about the BMW 7 Series and patiently answered all my questions, making sure I understood every detail about the car's features and options. His honesty and transparency throughout the buying process were truly refreshing. One of the things I appreciated most was the absence of any high-pressure sales tactics. Sean was genuinely interested in helping me find the right car for my needs and budget, and there was absolutely no pushy behavior or upselling involved. This made the entire buying process stress-free and enjoyable. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of quality vehicles. The BMW 7 Series I purchased was in impeccable condition, and I could tell that San Diego Auto House takes pride in offering well-maintained cars to their customers. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at San Diego Auto House. I'm thrilled with my BMW 7 Series, and it's all thanks to San Diego Auto House!

My experience with Sean and San Diego Auto House was outstanding. I contacted Sean on a Sunday about a '09 Toyota Camry with low mileage. Sean informed me to call him as soon as it was convenient to check the car out. I contacted him the following day. He was tied up, but called me back very quickly and I was down at SDAH that afternoon. I did a test drive with the Camry and it ran great. He also showed me the Carfax which had all the maintenance and repair information since the car was sold back in '09. I inspected under the hood, and he assured me everything on the car was virtually brand new looking and running, and I saw this with my own eyes. The main reason for this was the low mileage put on by a previous owner who had the car for about 9 years and barely drove it. I traded in my VW and they gave me a decent offer. The paperwork was simple and straightforward and Sean was very patient with a fund transfer that took a couple of days. If you're looking for a used car, with a fair price and excellent customer service, this is the place to go. The only downside to buying here is the vehicle is bought as is. So, if it junks out on you soon after purchasing, you might be screwed, but I'm sure there's ways around that even after signing a contract. Sean assured me, by his word, that the vehicles are inspected and adjusted wherever necessary to get them in the best shape. The Carfax report shows this too, but he is a man of his word, which is rare in this culture. I only bought the car two days ago, so I'll have to wait and see if this car will hold out. But, so far, I'm very happy with this purchase and experience. Highly recommend!

I would be very careful doing business with this guy as he ("Sean", real name Abrar Ahsan) sells mechanically unsound vehicles. Furthermore, his Dealers license is on probation (see attached photo) so clearly he is no stranger to shady dealings. Just purchased a car from him. I drove it off the lot and immediately the check engine light came on. Took it to the mechanic and now I am looking at about 5k to fix it. When I went back to him and told him about this he immediately became aggressive and tried to gaslight me and pointed out the deal was signed and it was too late to return the car and I was on my own. He also mentioned that I did get a chance to test drive the car. I guess the way he sees it if the check engine light didnt come on during the 4 mile test drive then everything must be legitimate. He did offer me $500 towards the repair, which isn't much when you're looking at 5k. It appears he cleared the codes right before he sold it to me. Also, you will notice this is his first yelp review. My guess is he has intentionally avoided being on yelp. He focuses more on other review websites where he has more control, such as "Car G..." (you'll notice on their website regarding reviews there are very strict rules about the limitations of what someone can say about the Dealer basically if it is very negative they wont post it.. ("wallah"... all positive reviews) Lastly, I did find a lot of irony in doing business with Sean as all throughout the experience, he did mention, how extremely religious he is, and he surprised me when this issue was presented to him how quickly he fell back on the legal aspects of the situation, rather than perhaps reflecting on the ethical and moral consequences of what appears to be knowingly, selling a car with major repair work impending.
