This store needs to shut down based upon all of the negative feedback. They also price gouge. A bag of pistachios is 8.99 for an 8oz. bag. Vons, CVS, Walmart and Target sell the exact same bag for 3.99. That's not only wrong, it is scandalous.

Buyer beware at Rite-Aid. This company is completely price gouging consumers. I compared pricing on the "Wonderful 8oz Pistachios". Rite-Aid charges $8.99 for this. Walmart charges $3.98. Seriously? Do not buy anything from them. All of their prices reflect a greed-powered markup policy that hurts the consumer.

Worst rite aid experience. I ran to the rite close to me since I live in the area and arrived at 9:50- 10 minutes before they close. The door was closed and they told me that they already “turned off” the machine. I showed them the time and asked to grab one thing. They told me to leave or they will call the cops. Never buying here again.

I asked if there was a restroom and the cashier said that the key was missing. Ok, that’s understandable, but she didn’t try to find a solution. She didn’t ask the other employees she just dismissed me. As a paying customer, I have a right to use the public bathroom.

Made an appointment at the pharmacy and spend 45 minutes driving in the rain for my vaccine. When I arrived they told me they didn't have the vaccine. What was the point of the appointment?

The Pharmacy here is super slow. Every single time I go here, have to wait for a very long time to fill my prescriptions. They say we’re short in staff every time. Just hire more people!!

This is a very bad pharmacy. Automatic refills are often delayed, prescriptions are frequently mishandled, and the app shows medications as ready for pickup when they aren't. This wastes a lot of patients' time, and the service attitude is poor as well. Your headquarters should send someone to inspect and evaluate the staff at this location.

Seems there are some new staffs working at the pharmacy and they have zero technicians experience. Yesterday my experience to pick some necessary medications for my 94 years old grandmother was awful. The person who was responsible to check the refill came up to the drive through window and said I have to pay out of pocket and I mentioned to her we never paid out of pocket then she said I can't stand here and explain you need to come in , I had a minor child in a car at 8:30 pm she ask me of you want me to show you come inside. After few minutes she found out she did a mistake and said I can't refill until Thursday very rudely seems she was tired and hate it her job.

Not sure if anyone else has had this experience, but I got scammed out of $14. The employee was a big Indian guy and he didn't give me the change. When I reentered the store a few minutes later, he said he gave me $11.92, even though I was due $14. He told me I put it in my pockets even though I had nothing on them. He then told me there was no change on the cash register so I must have gotten my change, before promptly leaving the store.

Not sure what's happening but on multiple occasions the line is a total quagmire at check out. Each transaction even for a few items often takes 3-4 minutes. Rite Aide needs help refining checkout process

I've had many primary pharmacies over my lifetime and this one is definitely the worst. They are constantly understaffed and unprepared. We have quite a few monthly medications that we need and no matter when I arrive to pick them up I am forced to wait 15-20 mins for them to prepare the meds. I have never experienced this before at any other pharmacy. This pharmacy seems to be very disorganized.

This store is very clean, nicely organized and decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of cosmetic and hair products and at least two isles dedicated to Valentines stuff like toys and candy. It might be a good seasonal seller for them, but for a pharmacy to sell so much candy is a bit counterproductive unless they are trying to drum up more business from diabetic patients.

I wish this shopping center had a more efficient pharmacy. This pharmacy needs to prioritize the indoor line. They don’t have enough staff to serve the drive through customers and in store customers! I frequently have to wait for 20-30 minutes to pick up a prescription.
