Do not fill your prescriptions here please.
Have been filling prescriptions for years. Been having continual problems with getting anything from antibiotics to eyedrops for my dog filled here. The final straw was my interaction with the male pharmacist tonight. I called about a medication that was prescribed and he was curt and disrespectful and refused to fill it. All I said was “okay”. I’ve never received this medication before and was really taken aback. It was more about the disrespect and rudeness before he hung up on me that bothered me. Zero professionalism. Finding a new pharmacy.

Could not get through to the pharmacy via phone to confirm a prescription... took forever to even talk to someone and then the pharmacist was short and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

The Rite Aid lady (Carmel Mountain Ranch store in San Diego, CA) at the register was extremely helpful and friendly, I wish I remembered her name but she was just amazing.

I went to another store in this mall where a suspicious guy followed me inside. I saw him keeping an eye on me pretending like he was checking something out then he disappeared. I walked to this mall so I was walking back home in the parking lot, but this guy popped out from the side and kept walking towards me/the same direction as I was going. I felt unsafe so I went inside this Rite Aid.The cashier greeted me very nicely, asked me if I was looking for anything specific, and also helped me with my issue when I explained him why I had to come in. I described him how the suspicious guy looked like and he even checked outside for me twice to make sure there wasn't anyone suspicious. He made a joke as well saying they have a very big security guy (I guess he was trying to help me not worry much), and was happy to let me just stick around for a while before I head out. I was able to get home safe with his help, but forgot to even get his name. If the owner ever sees this review, please recognize his great customer service skills and kindness beyond his duties. He is a tall black man and I was there around 5 p.m. on a Saturday. I even called the store after to say thank you, but the store front didn't pick up. Will revisit to shop soon.

They never answer the phones at the Pharmacy. Its I bad that when I was there in person I asked i lf they have stopped using their phones all together. Employee said no they answer. Not even exaggerating but I have called them on 5 different occasions with no answer.. need ti fill my prescription and yet..

This place is awesome. The memories of me and my dad walking here every day brings nostalgia. The ice cream was the best, and you can even make friends with the employees if you come a lot.

Worst rite aid ever this place should be looted till they close it pharmacy sucks never ever do they get it right they never answer the phone and can never get my medicine why is it still open
