I like this store. The associates are friendly, and the store is clean. They fill prescriptions quickly and I usually don't have to wait in line long. Much better than my experience at Walgreens.

Pharmacy had no customers, the girl acted like she was put out just to answer her question about some cough drops from me. Some people don't feel good that's why they go to the pharmacy. She shouldn't be working in there. It's 9:30 in the morning shame on her for treating me like I don't matter.

Tonight I went into the store looking for organic coconut oil. As I walked the store Destiny (hope I spelled it right) stopped me to ask me what I was looking for. I told her. She took me to 3 different areas that all had different coconut oil options. After I bought the last option, turned out it was the first option all along, that I needed. Thank you for going out of your way to help me. What a great representation of a great employee.

Woman named Abby or Ebby. Pharmacy. Could hardly be bothered to answer a question about estrogen cream had nothing to offer as an alternative for my elderly mother and couldn’t get me out of there soon enough terrible experience. I ended up going across the street to Vons and they help me out.

Don't waist your time. Medication will be late; you will have to fight to get anyone to help you, and even when they do it'll seem like you are a nuisance. They won't contact you if your medication is going to be late, and half the time when I've showed up at the time they've told me it seems like I'm reminding them to fill it. Find any other pharmacy and you'll be much better off.

I understand that Rite-Aid will be closing some stores. I hope they do not close this one, because it is very close to my home and has aways provided fast, reliable, and friendly service. The pharmacists are knowledgable and the other store workers are also on the ball.

On multiple occasions, I call this Rite Aid and I'm told my mediation will be ready at a specific time. When I arrive, not only is the medication not available, but I need wait and go to a different Rite Aid to get it filled. Why tell someone that a medication will be ready, when you don't even have the medication in stock to fill my order. Why not check when the individual is on the phone? Awful service.

The only reason why am leaving five stars is because of the pharmacist assistant/technician Andrea. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got my prescription filled and that we were able to do it through my insurance.We had gone into the pharmacy the day before, because our pharmacy didn’t carry the EpiPen that we needed and so they transferred our prescription over to your guises pharmacy. My husband came in and showed the paperwork that we had from the previous pharmacy that stated what we needed and the lady took the form from him and didn’t give it back and she said she would take care of it, and that we would know in two hours to come back to pick up a prescription we never got a call and we never got a text. I took today off of work to go down to the pharmacy and figure everything out. The lady who greeted me was polite and nice but the pharmacist was extremely rude and acted as if she had no idea what had happened the day prior. When I got there, I found out none of our insurance information had even been put into the computer, and nothing had gone through or had been taken care of like she had told my husband she would.Andrea the pharmacist assistant went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and that I was able to get my son‘s EpiPen. While doing so she had to ask the pharmacist a few questions, and the pharmacist was extremely rude to her and even yelled at her, at one point to get my son’s date of birth, and was just extremely rude to the poor girl, even through all of that she kept a smile on her face and continued to help me and was extremely professional and made sure that I was able to get the EpiPen that I needed! Our family is extremely grateful to Andrea for everything she did to help us!And I really hope that management sees this review, and does something about that pharmacist, and how she spoke to the girls in the back it was so unprofessional and just uncalled, for no one deserves to be spoken to that way!

The store is great but the bathrooms are disgusting. The RX department is wonderful and the store is clean except for the bathrooms as I said

Very friendly staff that go above and beyond. I would not recommend getting passport photos taken here, however. Other than that, this place is the bee's knees.

Nayden or Nadene has some problems. After stating that I didnt need help looking for something she thought it would be okay to just stare at us. And follow us between isles. Im never one to start anything so i kept my mouth shut but since i felt uncomfortable that this strange looking pale woman was staring at me I started to walk out. And then she says “haha i got you guys” assuming that we had intent to steal. ridiculous worst store experience I ever had.

I love coming here! They have everything from vitamins to ice cream to a pharmacy. The pharmacists are really kind & efficient. Dropped off script and it was ready before I walked out the door Now you and I both know that's not the norm. Generally it takes 15-20 minutes and that's pretty much standard across the board. I'm a Kaiser girl but my kitty needs blood pressure meds so I get them here. Back in October when he was loosing his eyesight I was told it was due to high blood pressure. Called and spoke with pharmacist about picking up the script and he pointed out that it doesn't come in 1.25 mg but 2.5 mg. So I called my vets hotline and the person I spoke with apologized and said the 2.5 mg is correct but only give him half. They filled it within 20 mins and I picked it up right before they closed Do yourself a favor and come here for your scripts. You'll see why

I go there often, store is always clean, bright and staff greets all upon entering. Their pharmacy has never disappointed. Nonetheless, i still pine for the good ole days of Big Bear :-( May long live Rite Aid !
