I’ve been getting Botox for 9 years so I am very particular about who performs my injections. My Botox injector for the past two years recently moved so I had to find a new one. I saw Alle (Alejandra C.) RN at Revive and she was so great! She’s very passionate about aesthetics and partakes in continuing education for the newest and safest techniques in her field. She builds instant rapport, takes her time, and has a gentle hand. I will be booking with Alle going forward.

RN Annie Arcona Ryan is the best!! She made sure I was informed and comfortable. She talked me through the entire process. I have done dermal fillers multiple times but Nurse Annie was the best!! Will absolutely be back to see her!

I would recommend anyone interested in Botox to schedule an appointment with Alle. She has the lightest hand and always makes sure to educate me on whatever product or procedure I’m having done. The girls managing the front desk are also very friendly and informative.

I usually experience great customer service here but tonight at the mission valley location, a girl with long brown hair was not very welcoming when I walked in at 6:28pm to purchase face wash. She told me they closed in two minutes and acted very annoyed from me showing up. When I looked it up on google, it said this location was open until 8pm so I originally thought I had plenty of time. She asked me not to pay in cash because she already locked the register up. I understand things happen and having to close up shop early but this interaction made me feel like I should have never came.

I moved away from San Diego but still come down here to get necessary procedures and my hair done. It's been since 2021 since I've been to revive and I've always liked it here. I have not been since it's been remodeled and it looks great. Melinda greeted me with a smile and we chatted and she was so nice. Alle was absolutely amazing as well... I definitely will be coming back here. Next time I need a touchup great job everyone.

hi! I've been coming to revive for a while now. The first time i got my crows feet down i noticed zero difference. It was like first time getting that Botox so i think i was just confused on if it worked and maybe i didn't notice, unfortunately now that it's completely gone i definetly notice no change. However i let this go. Yesterday i went in for Botox w Angelica. She was amazing and sweet, however i mentioned Allē and i definetly wanted to use that for checkout. No one told me that it's only for certain types of Botox, i feel like that should 100% be mentioned either when signing up or before injecting. I ws counting on using point and when i saw it was full price i wasn't prepared. I like this place and i hope not to leave but I've only been there three time and two times there have been some hiccups.

I've been coming to Revive for about 4years now. The mission valley location is my favorite. Today I got lip filler and was so scared of the pain as I've experienced in the past. I had such an amazing painless appointment with Sara! What an incredible injector. Thank you bestie! Obvi I'll be back ;)

I've gone to Revive for several services, including injectables, facials, and laser hair removal. This was the first med spa I visited when I started noticing signs of aging at 30. I did my research and booked my first injectable appointment with Anna (who sadly is no longer at Revive), she was amazing and gave me the much needed refreshed look I was going for. My experience with laser hair removal however was not positive. First, when booking the service I was asked to place a down payment of $450, followed by monthly payments of $300 until the service was paid for in full. After paying the deposit and leaving, I received a missed call and voicemail from the front desk, it was very odd, sounding nervous and asking if I needed anything else just to let them know. A few weeks later, when reviewing my credit card bill for the month, I noticed I was charged the deposit TWICE. I understand mistakes happen, but the front desk clearly knew they had made a mistake (hence the strange voicemail) and chose not to be transparent. Luckily I was able to work through the issue with my credit card company and Revive to have the charge reversed, but it felt very shady and should never have happened in the first place. What if I hadn't checked my statement? Moving on to the actual experience of laser hair removal. I was with a different nurse for almost every one of my 8 sessions, because apparently there is a high turnover rate with the staff. The nurses spoke about this openly with me, which isn't a good feeling as a client. After the first change I asked to be placed with someone who had a long tenure, who I could be with for the remaining appointments, but again the nurses kept leaving and I felt very shuffled around as a client, and uncomfortable having to undress for so many different nurses. On top of that, there was an appointment where the nurse let me know the laser machine wasn't working properly and to let her know if anything hurt or felt unusual! She informed me they had been rescheduling so many people... of course this made me feel even more uncomfortable that they just moved forward with my appointment despite the malfunctioning laser machine. It was my last appointment so at that point I just wanted to get it over with and be done. I haven't been back to Revive since, and my hair has all grown back. I'm aware more laser appointments may be necessary to touch up or reach desired outcome, and that this is not a permanent procedure, but I was hoping for the cost, to experience the positive results for at least a year or so. My recommendation if you're thinking about booking Revive: the facials are fine, the injectable services are all about the nurse so just make sure you trust yours, would not recommend the more expensive treatments.

PA Kim is a wizard with the needle! She is quick, experienced, professional, knowledgeable and knows exactly how to inject to make your face look flawless. I’ve seen so many PAs and even plastic surgeons that have never been able to give me the results Kim has. Absolutely love seeing her!
