It's weird that you call & ask to see if they have an item in stock or if they even carry it & the operator has to check with the floor employees .... Do they Not have a computer system to check it ??

Checkout line is ALWAYS long. Waited 45 mins today in a line wrapped around the store, get to the front for checkout see only 4 employees on register. Prices are higher than Business Costco. Employees seem to be unhappy also.

Corporate was here ONCE when I was shopping and it was some tall old grey lady belittling her employees which was infuriating to watch but not as infuriating as shopping here weekly and having to wait 45 minutes to an hour in line EVERY F****** time! If the place is busy at noon have all employees on deck, all registers open, more than one supervisor checking counts. Speed up the process when it's busy it's not rocket science. I'm constantly having to go tell someone in charge who's just sitting down having a jolly relaxing old time "hey your line is around the back of the store maybe open some more registers" They aren't clueless they are ignorant because they aren't even checking. And there's one short manager lady with glasses who is LITERALLY never on top of it. There's a short dude with his pants hiked up that deserves to be in charge here because he knows how to lead in times of need. But I feel like they won't let him I'm writing all of this as a business owner who shops here once a week & can notice this. Someone from corporate please do something. We don't have time to wait in line we have to get back to running our food businesses. Thank you Also the picture of the line is after already waiting 25 minutes at the back of the store!

I've been shopping at this store for years and it's been a consistently poor experience. The entire staff is unfriendly and treat you as an inconvenience. Checkout is also a painfully slow ordeal, with items being manually counted twice, leading to extremely long waits. You have to pray the two numbers match otherwise you'll get stuck watching two employees try to reach the same final count. Corporate should really should take notes from Costco's checkout process. Navigating the store is another challenge. Employees rush past on their carts, annoyed if you happen to be in their way. Once, I asked for help in the fridge section, but was brushed off to the front desk. Ironically, they ended up calling the same unhelpful employee for information. It's a cycle of inefficiency and indifference. Another drag is caused by delay in restocking shelves in the freezer. It takes too long for employees to get what I need from the back. Even worse, I've seen staff watching movies on their phones right in the store aisles. This place is in serious need of new management. Go to the Miramar location if you can.

I love everything in here. Service is amazing so attentive, if you have any questions or you cant find something they always help you. I'm a busy person so I love that I can find everything in one single store. Huge selection of meat, wine, bread you name it. Employee's go above and beyond to make sure you find whatever you need. Location for me is really convenient. Price are competitive. $$$ Danny and Marianne are Amazing. 10/10 recommend this store

Great place! High quality food for less money. This place is like Costco for restaurants! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have d*mn near everything you could want or need for your restaurant. From food and spices, to utensils and cleaning supplies, and everything else in between. Their meat is of the highest quality, and you definitely get more bang for your buck! BUT... be sure to bring a warm jacket, because the walk in refrigerator/freezer is COLD!!!! The check out lines are usually long, but they tend to go quick. It is faily easy to return items too. If you have a business or organization, you definitely need to be shopping here!Now, although the food is cheaper, the beverages aren't. You can get better deals on soda, water, etc, at Smart & Final or Food 4 Less. And you DO have to have a liquor license to purchase alcohol. I give Restaurant Depot a solid 5 stars!!!!
