I called them multiple times, they told me to email the department in charge and I never got a response. I had been calling and sending emails to them for a month. Terrible customer service. Won’t be using them every again.

Reprohaus never fails me on big jobs. Latest story:3 separate kinkos locations stated there was no way to give me a same day turn around on a 500 page scan request. Reprohaus didn't even blink. The job was completed/delivered in 4 hours.

The owner of this place is EXTREMELY rude. Beware of using them for any service. Not worth the pain
