The sales lady Sherry made the world of difference in our experience at this store. She took her time to sit with us, get to know our needs and cater to al our questions. She learned our names and interests and made shopping here a an amazing experience.

Sherry is an exceptional person and represents the store so well. She is incredibly knowledgable about the products and their features, and she seamlessly connects her customers to exactly what they need (and want!). Me, my wife and my mother-in-law were in the store Labor Day Monday to look for a full-massage chair. We tried all of the massage chairs for always 1 hour with other office chairs. We found Sherry to be very knowledgeable, patient and informative of all of the products we tested. Excellent customer service. No hard sale pitch at all. It's extremely difficult to find this kind of Person to Person service these days at any retail settings. We definitely will come back for some office chairs very soon. Also, we might consider 1 of the full massage reclining chairs just because of her service. She is truly an asset to the company and will spread good words about her in all social media platforms about "Relax The Back".. Keep up the good work !

The salesman that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient. Spent some time trying out a few different styles. They seem to have good warranty offerings (including extended) for the massage chairs. I didn’t try out but wasn’t impressed by the desk chairs (pricing seemed high for what they were). I would definitely give them a look if you’re in the market.
