I was taken care of by Stori on this turnaround as "My Favorite Topher" left, and she took over. Outstanding Stori! Keep up the great job. Thank you for taking care of me from start to finish!
Unfortunately, "my saga continues." Stori left, Matt is the man! He is phenomenal.
Unfortunately, I did not get to see him today. Today's journey I was taken care of by the service department for a part I ordered and one of the technicians he had come out to assist. As always, great staff!

The first impression with this dealership was good with the sale guys and their manager. I was going to give them my business and also referred more business for them, but it turns out my second day working with them is not great. I like the vehicle and was considered getting it. They ran an estimation with the correct credit score I gave them and promise a lower number along with leasing and all that. After I gave them my social security number, they flip on my and told me that they only able to give me this high interest loan, and when I told them that I have capital one pre-approval, they then turn back and said of yea we can do that too. Also they was promise me on paper for 5,500 off discount on the vehicle and now flipped and said they could only do 3,200 something. which is very sketchy. I am a business professional and will not give them my business or referral until they fix the way they do business. My trade in have negative equity and I know, they know the amount. My credit score and the score I gave them was the same. If anything, I gave them a lower score to assume worst case scenario but worst case scenario was working with them and giving them my scores. I dont know what change or that they would not like to do business with me anymore. The General Manager said he only took over this place for 3 days ago and I'm hoping that take your time to you read this, I'm sorry this is not the experience that I am looking for with your sales team. Please stand up and owe up to what you promise your customer.

I bought the oil change package when Kearny Mesa Ram was Rancho. Now that they changed the name of the dealership they don’t want to honor my oil change package. Horrible experience.

Work was performed, communication was non-existent, and had trouble get calls back. Had to go to the dealership to find out the vehicle was finished. Under Staffed!!!!

Been coming for years w my previous Challenger. Just got a new one and had it looked at to ensure my out of state purchase is in good shape. My new service advisor, Sweets, was great, thorough, informative, and gave me a time frame when i should come back for brakes. Never a bad experience at JCDR Kearny - customer of 6 years and counting.

Van was brought in after shutting down on the freeway.
Took one month to get a diagnosis of the problem. It was another transmission failure. This vehicle has 18,000 miles on it and this will be its third transmission.
Understaffed in the service department...they have one tech who has to cover 3 dealerships.
From dropoff to finish it took over 2 months to get the Pacifica back. I have now been trying for a week to get my service specialist to give me the paperwork for the repairs.
All in all, I would count this as a bad experience. The dealership where I bought the van originally, was no better. That's why I came to Kearny Mesa. It appears to be systemic, not just one incident.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Cannot trust the mechanics and the staff there. I took my car there for the warranty repair and they broke one of my ornaments. Long story short, Then they said they offered me a free oil change as courtesy for breaking my stuff but instead of actually giving me a free oil change, they used one of my oil changes quota from my warranty … and they left all finger prints all over my roof screens, inside my car. When I tried to call or text them, they ignored me. I will never go there again ! Worst services, not trustworthy, terrible jobs … will never recommend this place to anyone!
