Garbage towing company. Left me waiting for over an hour and when I called them they told me they weren't coming! What the hell! Why wouldn't you just tell me that so I could call someone else. Complete garbage. Avoid at all costs.

I had excellent service performed by Yashar from Rancho Bernardo towing . I am totally satisfied with the service Yashar provided excellent and courteous support and I want to thank him for that He went the extra mile to provide valuable service and resolved my battery issue in a very short time. Rancho Bernardo Towing did a great job. My car was parked at an odd angle and the driver Roger, went above and beyond to makie it work. I was very impressed with his professionalism, customer service skills, and skill. I am satisfied and would use them again.

AAA does business with many different places, but Ranch Bernardo Towing (RBT) should be their first call. The minute I was connected with RBT I was put at ease. I had a tire blowout on the freeway, stressful. Falih from RBT contacted me and gave me reassurance he was on his way. Once there he was quick to get me out of harms way and into his cab and took great care of my new car. In the cab he was kind and polite. I don't know how this not good situation could have been turned into something so low key and easy. I am sorry I don't carry cash because I owed him a beer!

Called AAA and needed a battery. They called Rancho Bernardo Towing, who came very quickly. Yashar, the Driver Service Manager was incredibly kind, informative and efficient! He also took the time to check the air in the tires! So nice to deal with this level of customer service... Thank you, AAA! And thank you, Rancho Bernardo Towing!

My minivan decided to break down the other day and so I contacted my AAA service. They connected me to Rancho Bernardo Towing and I got ready for a long wait, like I normally have to deal with when I need roadside assistance. But RB Towing showed up almost instantly!!! The driver, named Raad, was so nice and immediately assured me that he would take care of everything. All I had to do was get in his air conditioned tow truck and he handled the rest. He recommended an auto shop he had worked with a lot in the past and it was just around the corner, making the trip quick and easy, too. Raad made sure I was all settled and feeling good about the auto placed before he left me there. I would totally recommend Rancho Bernardo Towing to everyone. I really appreciated how they made my bad situation much less terrible. It really took so much of the stress of the breakdown off of me!

Ahmed M. Was the absolute best! Yet again my car decided to just have another problem however RB Towing literally saved the day! They came and safely picked up my car and took special care of its delivery due to it being an AWD car. Took it to the dealer for me and made sure it was parked in a safe spot and even made sure the keys were left in a safe location too. These guys don't get enough credit for what they do, I will always use them no matter what! A customer for life!

totally messed up my car on a AAA call. Broke there tow line completely messed up the side of my car by dragging it into a tree and took no responsibility for the damge

Friendly, fast and professional service! Rancho Bernardo Towing responded to my AAA Roadside call at my place of business, and had me mobile again in a very short time. Also gave me great advise on how to proceed with my "temporary" spare tire. I appreciated the extra time and care! My new hero :D
