My cat, Jack, has been there for boarding. He was very relaxed when I pick him up. He had attention all day, they even put a iPad in his area to watch lizard videos!
These are lovely people!
The vet has answered all my questions and examined Jack. Jack is in good hands!

I cannot recommend Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital and Dr. Jetain Sondhi highly enough! He saved my rescue dog's life, when ALL other veterinarians recommended euthanasia. Thanks to his gentle, thorough, compassionate, competent care, Nala lived to almost 20 years old. His staff is equally wonderful!

I’m thrilled to have found Dr. Shira Horenstein and her team! After feeling let down by our previous vet due to high fees and lack of genuine care, discovering a practice that offers both reasonable prices and exceptional attention to our pet’s well-being has been a game changer. During an emergency, they accommodated us immediately and treated our cat with kindness and professionalism. I truly feel our cat is receiving top-notch care. I highly recommend Dr. Horenstein for anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy vet!

I recently brought my 4-month-old puppy to Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital, and I am beyond thrilled with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. It's such a relief to have found a wonderful local neighborhood vet!
Dr. Erin Rose was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care for my puppy really stood out. She took the time to discuss all of our options, answer my questions, and thoroughly explained the health and wellness plan for my puppy. I felt so reassured by her expertise, and it was clear that she truly loves what she does. It was such a positive experience, and I am so happy to have found such a caring and professional vet. We look forward to many more visits!

Contacted their facility when my cat began having bleeding and they were able to see us within 2 hours. I had prior called around to multiple other vet clinics and all told me no appointments until tomorrow. Not here, they saw my cat right away. Dr. Sonshi explained all the possible outcomes to us & proceeded with blood tests and X-Rays. The X-Rays revealed my cat had pyometra and it was very serious. She was scheduled the very next morning for surgery. Dr. Sondhi and his staff were very compassionate and professional. The surgery was successful and I was able to bring home my cat later that day. He even showed me pictures on an iPad of her removed uterus and ovaries. The photos proved how bad the situation was and there was definitely not a day to spare. He never made us feel very alarmed but instead wisely insisted that we take action right away. I am very grateful eternally for Dr. Sondhi and his medical team!

All of the doctors and staff here are wonderful. I have a very fearful/reactive dog and the staff always treats him kindly and with care. It is a drive from where I live but so worth it! The prices are also fair and doctors are honest and looking out for the best interest of your pet. I have referred a lot of friends + family here.

The prices are also fair and doctors are honest and looking out for the best interest of your pet. I have referred a lot of friends + family here.

Wow, after years of feeling let down by the exuberant fees of our vet as well as their lack of care/concern for the best interests of my pet, I was beyond excited to find a vet who doesn't price gauge AND cares about my pet! Both my boys are now patients if Dr. Sondhi. So grateful for wonderful vets like him!
