Staff is helpful. Love that they don’t keep you waiting to pick up. If you bring in something to be filled, they take the order right away and can text you when it’s ready. Super convenient if you are already going to Ralph’s. I can always find parking nearby too.

On the afternoon of August 18th, 2023 (a few days ago), I fell and badly tore up my arm going down the cliff stairs to the beach not too far from here. I had some of the materials necessary to wrap my arm and cover the wound, but I wasn't capable of doing it on my own since it was my own arm I needed to wrap. I went to this pharmacy and asked the pharmacist (I wish I asked for his name) if he'd be able to help me wrap my arm. He was extremely kind and happily helped me with it, which I can't even put into words how much it helped me and meant to me. What a great human who genuinely cares about other humans. Everyone else there was very friendly too. With how much they helped me, the least I could do is give the pharmacy a 5 star review. Thank you to all of you! That pharmacist needs a raise, regardless of what he's making. Amazing person.

I have been with this Pharmacy for years, same medication same routine, today i called to fill up prescription of two different PPIs that my gastroenterologists prescribes to me... I get a phone call from a new guy there called Steven Cheng, literally arguing with me about my meds, telling me that i cannot get both... That he will call my doctor to change my prescription! and he ended doing that and not having any of my meds ready 6 hours later!!!! You are not a DOCTOR! You should be fired!!! Everyone aught to know that the New manager is a PHARMACIST who thinks he is a doctor... You job is to fill out prescription thats it! And to top it all, he would not give me any info to whom he reports too and said call corporate! KROGER this store has great staff and the previous manager was amazing always so helpful! What happened!? who did you hire!!? Ralph/KROGER im moving my prescription to another pharmacy! This is unacceptable behavior! Yikes!!! People beware and take your prescription elsewhere!

I'm out of town longer than expected and needed refills of important prescriptions. No problem. Refills? Done! Insurance issues? No! Got what I needed and it wasn't an issue - great while Instayed in Sd to take care of my Mom. Love the man working there that helped me with my first and then a few days later second and third prescriptions. Short line, helpful employees, Walgreens could learn a lot from you

I've always had good experiences with this pharmacy until today. My husband waited 20 minutes in line to get a few Covid tests under Medicare. The woman told him to go to CVS, as they were running low and wanted to save their tests for retail customers. The Kroger stores are an approved Medicare supplier. This is not good service, either to Medicare or to Medicare recipients.

I received a pickup text at 5:12PM. I rushed over there and arrived at 6:03. Pharmacist left me standing there for almost 15 minutes before coming over to tell me they closed at 6:00 PM. Across the street CVS is opened until 11:00 PM. I will switch. They can't be worse.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy forever - they’re always super nice and very helpful. They say hi to me by my name when they see me come in.

One of the better Ralphs in an Diego. The parking lot is a mess, mostly because it seems the students who shop here are, uh, under-experienced in parking. The store is usually well stocked. This location has a wider range of products that favor the student population who shops here. This location also contains a Murray cheese counter, with a wide selection of cheeses. Always a great selection. Friendly cheese mongers who will offer a taste of any cheese. Another plus is that there are always a lot of checkout lanes in addition to the self-checkouts. The staff has always been very friendly. The best part of this Ralphs is the large Kosher section. They deserve an extra star for this! There are four aisles of Kosher goods and a large bakery section. Plus there is a Kosher kitchen which prepares all sorts of delicious offerings, may favorite being the mushroom knishes and an amazing kugel. A expected, it is closed on Saturdays (and the kitchen is sealed with tape to detect any Kosher tampering). But most of the prepared food is still available prepacked and in the refrigerated cases. The one downside is that it is called The Kosher Experience. Like it is an amusement park of some kind or a type of Zoo where folks keeping Kosher can be spotted. Pro tip: Wearing a yarmulke seems to ensure that they serve you faster and more courteously.

Oh no!! It's midnight. You're stoned to the gills. Your wife just got out of bed to check on you. That broad is pissed that during your munchies spree, you ate all the kids' captain crunch, pirate's booty, and sandwiches that she made for them for school tomorrow. The derka derka guy down at 711 doesn't have that all that s**** What are you gonna do?! Ralph's, to the rescue! Ralph's is all "have no fear, we're here, we're queer, open until 1am every goddamn day, just for all you stoned a** parents!" So get down here and scoop up everything you munched out on, and those little cocksuckas will be none the wiser when they rise and shine in the morning! Have some patience with the self checkout machines. They're doing the best they can considering they were clearly coded by half a tard. Jews rejoice! Lots of jew food in the back. Oh and lots of Asians are present at this location. Not sure why. They're lovely, but it's worth mentioning so that when you show up stoned to the gills and a bit paranoid, you don't think everyone is squinting at you.

I usually have no complaints about this store, but recently I was over-charged on an item, and when I went to have it corrected, and all I got was excuses. Then, when I went to check my bank balance, in an effort to correct the overcharge, I noticed I was charged for the item a second time. When I went to correct this second issue, I got a less than enthusiastic attitude, over what happened. When you try to alert them that something is off with their system, e.g. they just brush it off. D***** Please work on customer service skills for your employees.

This Ralph's location is a huge time waster. They never have more than two (at most!) check stands open so if you are buying alcohol you have to wait on a 15 min line filled with people doing their weekly shopping. They also don't take Apple Pay because they want you to use Ralph's Pay. Like, are you kidding me? You expect me to give you my credit card info so you can have it one file to use your payment system that only works at one retailer? If they really cared about customers they'd use the payment system with the highest level of security - Apple Pay. As a result I've stopped shopping at Ralph's and now just go to the Whole Foods and Trader Joe's next door. They both have faster service and take Apple Pay.

If you want the best customer service and great selection AND a super clean store this is the place. I'm always impressed with their produce and wide variety of products. The workers are always so friendly and helpful while smiling. And the best part is their pickup. So fast and efficient. Definitely my go to store.

I admit that I hate grocery shopping in person, so I am weekly Ralph's Grocery Pick-up user! The process is very smooth and such a time saver for me. The folks they have picking out my groceries really do an excellent job and I cannot thank them enough. However, one person in particular is INCREDIBLE and always goes above and beyond to ensure my order is correct.... Special shout out to Eileen!!! I honestly cannot say enough great things about Eileen. She is SO king and always brings a smile to my face, she is so hardworking, and she is a great communicator! There was this one time where my Ralph's shopper accidentally forgot my cheese order, coincidentally I did too but I didn't raise a fuss (it's only cheese after all )... but you know who didn't forget? Eileen! She made SURE that it was credited back to my next order. I've never had encountered someone so reliable and honest before in my life. Eileen rules, and if anyone gets the opportunity to work with her, you're in for a treat! I literally won't shop for groceries anywhere else because I enjoy working with Eileen too much. She's the best and I honestly look forward to seeing her / talking to her every week. Thank you Eileen for all that you do for me, and I assume all other customers you encounter! Your positive attitude is a breath of fresh air, especially during these COVID times!
