I switched over from Walgreens and it's been great so far!

Second time they got our pick up order wrong but yet somehow they were able to charge us for wrong or no items. Their solution was for me to return to store. They couldn't reverse charges!

It's been a while since I have been shopping at Ralph's. I can't comment on service but they need to update hours of operation, both the web site state they're open till 1am 7 days a week but when I arrived at the sports arena in San Diego they closed at midnight and it was 3 minutes after midnight.
