This quicksilver location is running a SCAM!! In December of 2023 I was gifted two gift cards in the amount of $100 and $50. On 2/25/2024 my girlfriend and I entered the store and picked out and tried on some clothing items. When we presented our gift card we were told by employee: Brayan that they have a new point of sale and we would need to come back after they called us to pick up our items. After a month with no call I called and spoke to the manager who informed me they would not honor the gift cards and I would have to call corporate. So, we called the number on the website as well as make an email showing our gift card receipt and they continue to ignore us. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will continue to escalate until I receive a full refund of $150. How pathetic I have nothing negative to say about the employees who work there. The were very friendly and helpful but this is inexcusable.

I agree! I just asked Brandon if they sold helmets and he told me that they didn't but was very helpful and quick to tell me where I could get one. Cheers Brandon, ti are the one lol✌??

Horrible customer service. I was told one thing over the phone, and then they never followed through. I paid $25 for overnight shipping. My merchandise shipped first thing in the morning on a Monday and didn't get delivered until Wednesday late afternoon. They won't do anything for me. The person on the phone said it was guaranteed to arrive on Tuesday and if it didn't, they would give me a partial shipping refund. Clearly he lied to get me off the phone since I was concerned about not getting it in time.

I didn't appreciate the lazy employee who wouldn't let me try on 3 swimsuits 5 mins before closing. She said "fitting rooms are locked already". Shorter girl behind the counter with bangs and short hair. As a business owner myself, it's a liability to have employees like this. I was ready to buy 1-2 sets of those suits. So now she's been paid and the business lost a sale and customer.

I have been to this store many times…and the customer service is good. But today far exceeded any service I have ever experienced!! Zingy was the manager on duty, and he was so helpful! He wasn’t too pushy, gave us our space but was also extremely helpful!!! So much so I ended up buying both dresses and not just one! ?♀️ I hate buying clothes, and stress out sometimes but he made this experience amazing!!! This will be my go to store from now on!

Stopped by Roxy to buy a jacket during a difficult and tiring international trip. Tall, male employee (I didn’t catch his name but he used to live in China!) was a sweetheart and took great care of me. The other staff members were lovely as well. When you’re having a bad day (or week, in my case) and you receive warm, friendly customer service, it can totally turn things around. I bought more than I planned on just because they were so nice and I wanted to give them my business!!
