Tremendous experience at Quicksilver with my wife. Came in to get a belt and sweat shirt with my wife on Feb 9th at 6pm and the gentleman at the store was incredible and extremely happy to be working at quicksilver. That man is a huge asset to the quicksilver brand and should be recognized for his customer service and friendliness. Thank you

Shaun provided poor customer service while I was in the store today. Took my email saying I would receive 10% of my entire purchase. Then gave me 5% off only and tried to argue and say it was 10%. Ummmmm, no it wasn't. When I asked for the supervisor's name he said there wasn't one, to go to Quicksilver.com. Wow! Won't be promoting this store in the future,Just lost a customer for life. The company should really train those sales reps not to lie to customers. Sad that this company does this.

A company that doesn't answer phones is a huge problem. My order is two weeks late. I paid extra to have it delivered sooner. Totally wasted money. The first time i ordered after four days they sent me an email saying this, " Bummer" your order didn't go through! I called, they answered then after being on hold for twenty minutes and said sorry you'll have to start all over. It took me 60 minutes to pick out sizes, styles, colors. Doing this again was a hassle. Most definitely will not offer from this site again. Gone is customer service! Thank God for Nordstrom!

Poooor customer service!! Wasn't greeted or helped properly, made me feel unwelcomed. Shop asistant wasn't knowledgable or helpful in terms of wetsuit recommendation/size estimation. I ended up getting wetsuit that's at least one size bigger than supposed to water pours into my suit between my skin and fabric every time I surf
