Our original place that we wanted to go and drink at was closed for a private event. So as we discussed outside in the drizzle we stepped inside of party time liquor to find a drink and escape the light rain for a quick minute. Tons of things to select and drink. Lots of good deals for the one off drinks you want. Not ideal for getting multiple bottles. My group of four got a handful of buzz balls to guzzle down really quick and some Souchi drinks. 3.5 stars because it has a lot of selection and it was cheaper to get a drink here and get a little tipsy before heading into a bar and paying for the same drink but at a marked up price.

They must sell very little as owner says they have no empty boxes to sell gesturing to full shelves. In a beach town where people are always moving in/out.

Thieves.Worst liquor store of all time. Rude and dishonest. Watch the price on the screen, the portly bald owner with glasses charges a different price EVERY TIME. Oh, and he will lump all items together (food & groceries) into a flat total instead of itemizing each item which means he is likely evading taxes. Shady people don't last. Karma is coming for you.

The folks running this place, are running it right!I swear, I've called twice finding a specific liquor and vermouth and I walked in to them, getting on a ladder, and bringing it down with a smile Just nice guys, running their business, with Greta opinion.

My sister scammed out of money and was instructed to use the kiosk at this store. No one at the store would help my niece when she called to ask questions about the kiosk. Could the workers or owner be involved???

One of the best liquor stores in Pacific Beach. Great selection, knowledgeable staff and close to the beach. I would recommend party time for anyone in San Diegolooking for an adult beverage.

I misplaced my wallet this weekend and needed help finding it. I thought that I had left it at Party Time Liquor, so I called and asked if they could re-play the footage from that evening. I was so grateful to the manager to take the time out of his day to take a video and text it to me, so I could find it. Thank you!!
