Tech was rude and his communication was very unprofessional. Price quoted was 45 dollars more than my usual place.
I left and I encourage you to find another place to get your vehicle taken care of.

Conveniently located. Easy to get in and out of for service. It's right near the freeway entrances and exits. The prices seem on par with oil changes prices in the San Diego area. It's even a little bit better if you have a simple car with a small engine.
If it's busy, there is plenty of parking in the parking lot. And places to grab a snack if you have to wait at the nearby restaurants. Or have a filler since car day by getting gas and a wash right after your oil change at the nearby facilities.

Arrived just before they were scheduled to open and was the first in line. Didn't drive in until about 10 or 15 after opening, which isn't a bad thing especially if they're a little understaffed. Once inside, the whole thing probably took less than 16 minutes before I was driving out again which justifies their slightly higher prices. If you can make it early on a weekday, you'll probably be out just as fast if not a little quicker.

I have been going here for years but their customer service has always been spotty. Yesterday I pulled up and only 1 of the lanes were open and there was a truck ahead of me so I should be next right? I'm sitting there almost 10 minutes already when they open up the other lane and let three cars out of nowhere pull up for service instead of letting me (who was in line) go next. I went down to Midas instead which was the same price. I wont go to Quicki again out of principle. The employee there literally stared at me like "Why are you leaving?" lol

Always went to Jiffy Lube, until I discovered this place, last week. After this experience, I realized I’d been cucked by Jiffy Lube, for months… Service is fast, friendly and is so affordably priced, it’s almost a steal! I paid $66.84 for a regular oil change, an air filter AND it included a 15% tip.
