Broke down on vacation today. (Radiator fan on my turbo flex) these guys ordered me the part and rushed it so I could get it today and not have my wife stab me for ruining the vacation. These guys rock.

For the past 7 years, I have been a customer of Mossy Ford. Recently, I called Mossy to order a Safety Recall and 75 k mile maintenance check. I paid to have these services done at our home. The service manager sold me 2 extra services: a coolant and brakes fluid redo. These would bring total charges to $609+. When complete, I actually paid $942 as the service manager added an additional expensive service I did not request. The mechanic was at our home for 2 hours. One hour was charged to Ford for the safety recall. I paid $560 for the other labor hour. And I paid $322 for fluids. Well over what I expected to pay. I tried to discuss with Mossy and they have not responded in 4 working days. Never go to Mossy Ford. Really. Bad.

I have had problems with this dealership during the pandemic and wrote them off until I needed them again and the young man who just answered from the parts department at 11:48 am today has convinced me through his sincere interest in my small problem and one of those "can do" attitudes that this will be my dealership again. What a difference an excellent attitude makes.

Was the easiest and quickest, hassle free purchase ever. Conner was super nice and there was zero pressure or upselling. Really happy with my experience.

My boyfriend bought his truck back in the end of June, from the start he noticed some strange noises and now it's been 3 months and it started to have serious issues. There's a problem with the engine and he needs his torque converter replaced because of the supply chain issue, they cannot get the torque converter. In short, they have had his car for over 10 days and have not even fixed his engine which they said they'd fix in 7 days. Now, since his car is still in the shop they are not going to be covering a rental car for him. He paid thousands for an extended warranty and this is how he is getting treated? Again, he bought the car 3 months ago as "certified pre-owned", and he is already having these issues which should have been caught and fixed before he even bought the car. I am just upset because we are 22-23 and were juggling school and work so we can't afford to pay for a rental car. Super sad that this is how he's being treated and at least not getting a courtesy rental car after his car has been in the shop for way too long already. If we knew this, we wouldn't have paid for the extended warranty and got the issues fixed by a mom and pop car shop. DO not buy a car or add on any additional warranties here because they will not treat you the way you should :(

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Mossy is another #stealership using misleading sales tactics to sell seriously overpriced vehicles. Brenton on the internet team mislead me into visiting the dealership, only to find out he wanted to charge me $5k more than another deal I shared with him with complete transparency. This kind of bait and switch behavior is bad enough but he blamed it on his management.

*Please note this review is particularly for the Service Team* Wow, what a wonderful experience @ Mossy Ford with the Service Department. I was concerned initially with bringing in my Explorer to this dealership since when I called in 3-4 times, the staff member that picks up could never find the recall with my VIN. That is worrisome how the initial point of contact does not have the proper information for something as important as recalls. Luckily I had the details of the recall so she contacted the Service Department who was able to locate it. I was also informed that Ford does not offer loaner cars for recalls which was concerning to me since this is an issue with the manufacturing of the vehicle I leased from them. However, it wasn't mentioned how rides to/from your home are complimentary which is an important fact that should have been mentioned. I'm originally from the east coast & was spoiled by my brother who took care of managing any maintenance needs for my cars over the years. So it's hard for me to trust anyone else with service needs. I knew I was in good hands though @ Mossy when I arrived and met the Service team which was so comforting to me. Fred was my Service Advisor and did a wonderful job. Very professional, informative, attentive, pleasant & knowledgeable staff. Mike and the others were all so kind and friendly as well. I dropped my Explorer off @ 8:15am for my 1st service, recall maintenance and an additional issue (flapping noise in the engine which ended up being a loose clasp of some sort) & it was ready around 5pm that day. They even offered a ride to/from the dealership since the services were under warranty. I highly recommend this dealership for any service needs.

Not only do they play scalper and sell cars at way over their MSRP, they proudly do it as that's just "supply and demand". Buying an EV is difficult enough as it is but they specialize at ripping people off and if that wasn't reason enough to stay far far away from this place, the representative that assisted me made a hard check on my credit without my knowledge or consent, only for me to find out (thank god for the experian app) and be insulted and kicked out when i came back to ask why that was done. I mentioned it was illegal to run a hard credit check on someone without their knowledge and that i NEVER signed anything, i was only there to inquire. Currently in the process of pursuing legal action, if this has happened to you here, please speak to a lawyer and feel free to message me if you'd like to form a class action suit. Do not buy from mossy ford, i encourage you to abuse their test drives (but DO NOT sign anything) and to waste their time, but don't fall for their scam.

As a dealer with general consumers, one star. As accomplished thieves, five stars. I'm in the market for an EV. I love the look of the Mustang, Mach E. The last three cars I purchased were through auto brokers, really the best way to avoid the sleazy aspect of car purchasing. I contacted my usual broker, who tried but can't find a Mustang, Mach E, due to several reasons. First, the BS auto industry canard of a chip shortage snd the more likely height in demand for EV's due to recent gas pricing spikes. With that said, my broker said, if I wind up on a lot, look to pay $5,000 premium above MSRP in obtaining a brand new Mustang, Mach E. I made some calls to Ford dealers around Southern California and found a dealer less than two miles from my house, that had multiple Mustang, Mach E's in stock, Mossy Ford. I dropped by the dealer a half hour before they opened so I could get the lay of the land. I saw a 2022, Mustang, Mach E, with an MSRP of $47,695. My price range! The final price Mossy Ford is looking for, $71,000. Roughly a $14,000 premium above MSRP. This folks, is A-1, all-star...THIEVERY. Unfortunately, a s***** is born every minute and some fool, will probably entertain that premium in attempting to get this car.

I was not told by the person who made my appt that this place needed my car for 3-5 days for a recall and a lift gate problem diagnosis. The service advisor "pulled some strings" and at least got the recall done in a day. He then said a tech could take a quick look at my lift gate issue. The tech did, and said I'd have to bring it back. The service advisor told me to just call him on his cell and give him 2-3 days and he would get my car in for the diagnosis and fix. Today when I called, he said that he was booked for 7-10 days. Bye-bye 2-3 days. I just don't trust this place after so many different timeframes! I am not sure if this is what everyone is going through, but to casually say you can't have your car back for a minimum of 5 days for a lift gate issue doesn't fly for me. Luckily, another dealer got me in right away and they are going to diagnosis it on the spot. At least I learned what to ask!

From start to finish, only have had a great experience with this dealership. Their service/parts department was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. I will be going back for anything my Bronco needs. Eric went above and beyond. Thank you Mossy Ford!

Jimmy, Manny, Kaleo and the whole team went above and beyond to get me in my absolute DREAM car! I'm truly blessed that I got to work with all of these wonderful people who all genuinely cared and wanted to see me leave in the car I wanted. Even the team members who weren't in relation to my sale were showing so much support and positivity. Beyond ecstatic and would recommend to ANYONE! Thanks again team and especially Jimmy!
