The perfect metaphor for our health system. The lobby is an empty cold room with no front desk person. Completely dehumanizing. Long waits with no transparency as to what's ever going on. Ghetto. GO TO LABCORP

It was my first time at this quest location, and I wasn't thrilled about it, I thought it was the closest one to my house, and yes, but I was wrong, it's in Hillcrest around all the hospitals, parking was crazy, traffic was crazier, I couldn't find any on the street to park my car, and my Mother was on a walker, I am glad I got here super early to drive around and looking for one spot, finally I found one meter, because I refused to pay more than $4 for an appointment that probably last 15-20 minutes. Anyway our appointment was at 12:45 PM, but I checked in earlier, and still the process was faster than any other quest locations, we got back to our car at 12:25 PM and still have 33 minutes left, so my suggestion to you if you're going here, time yourself, be early, the sooner the better, I like the service here, but location wise, no PS: there's some parking spaces in the back alley and you can access thru the back entrance of quest without going thru the front of mercy medical, but make sure you have a disabled placard

Made an appointment. Got here 15 minutes early. Got me in 10 minutes late. Told me no order to have doctors office resend. Had it done in a minute and half. Waited in lobby an hour. Finally told them I'm still waiting no response back . Waited 30 more minutes and told them still here. Told me I had to wait an they also told me they have no idea if order came in or not. Waited 20 minutes more and left.

Absolutely horrible company! They keep messing up my lad work and they keep trying to send me to collections for their incompetence... I filed a complaint with the BBB. Make no attempt to really solve issue just say that it must have been my Drs fault and don't help in any way! I refuse to ever work with them .

Not a well-managed place for blood tests. Wait times are chaotic at best.

I dislike everything about quest diagnostics especially when it comes to setting an appointment is ridiculous. I’m begging my doctors not to ever use this company ever again I hate it.

it's almost been a month and they have yet to send over my daughters bloodwork to her doctors office. you can't get ahold of anyone. this office is so unorganized. avoid going to this location because they may just loose your bloodwork.

I had a really good experience at this location today. Parking was a little tricky, but otherwise I was seen very quickly (I had an appointment) and Maria who was handling my blood work was so nice! She made the whole process easy.

Whoever manages this facility should be fired immediately. You show up 10 minutes before they open and they only have one girl working until 9 o’clock for the next hour. The walk-ins continue to back up and the weight gets longer and longer and longer during the day. It’s impossible to get in and out as a standby without an appointment, only because they refused to staff.

Accessibility: ⚠️ NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ if you drive here, you have to park in a parking garage they have, and pay $4. Then to get to the elevators you have to go down STAIRS.....you read that correctly....you have to use STAIRS to get to the elevators. NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Also there are zero staff members to help you check in for your bloodwork...continue reading to understand.- I came here around 3 PM on a Thursday and there was no wait time for a walk-in (no appointment). I had to check in by myself on a tablet, as there are NO OFFICE STAFF WORKING AT THE FRONT DESK...THE FRONT DESK LITERALLY HAD A METAL WALL COVERING IT. If you do not understand technology or tablets, do NOT come here. Other than this, the people who draw blood are good here, and quick! Definitely the worst Quest I have ever been to, but the staff taking blood were super kind once back there with them.

Waist of your time. Attempted to make an appointment but both phone and online were down so I went in person. Lady couldn’t tell me if it would be a 5 min or 5 hour wait so I scheduled a later appointment. Showed up for the appointment and they lost my appointment.
