I was in and out of there very quickly. I definitely suggest an appointment or it will take a while from what I saw. The stag was very friendly and check in was easy.

Drove down, parked in garage, waited 45 minutes. Entire process was automated, no one to speak with. Finally, after 45 minutes someone appeared front desk ( only because she was waiting for her food delivery)) Person sitting at the front desk was head-down into her phone. She then proceeds to explain how it works and NO, they do not validate parking,. The trip took 2 hours, parking costs $5 and no blood was drawn. Shame on you Quest...get it together

I got a text an hour before my appointment telling me to NOT go to the counter to check in upon arrival, but to check in online via a link and take a seat. So that's exactly what I did. After 35 minutes of waiting I went to the front counter to ask how much longer it would be and the receptionist shushed me after I said "hi." Another receptionist asked how she could help and when I explained I'd been waiting, she told me the quest diagnostics was actually further back. There's a door in the waiting room where people had been coming through and calling patients back, so I had no idea there was another waiting room beyond the waiting room. There is also no obvious signage to indicate this, and asking people to not check in at the counter & just take a seat, didn't help. There needs to be clear instructions on where patients should go, especially when it's a shared office! I ended up having to check in separately as a walk in because my appointment time passed, and they have no estimate of how long it would take. So what should have been a quick 10 minute appointment for a blood draw is now turning into 1+ hours. I'll probably get a parking ticket as well since it's paid street parking only, and I can't leave to refill the meter otherwise I might miss them calling my name since I'm now a walk in. They really should add a line to the check in text, instructing people to go to the 2nd waiting room. It's a really simple solution to avoid confusion & wasting peoples' time.

Their automated phone call system is so annoying. I can’t even talk to a real person for an inquiry on Friday 10:30 am.

I was a bit hesitant to schedule an appointment at this location based on previous reviews, but I had a great experience overall. Parking was available within a block of the location, I was taken back to get my lab work at the exact time of my 10:20am appointment, and Juana (the nurse) was very friendly and gentle with the injections for lab work. I was in and out within 15 minutes.Make sure you make your appointment online.

I had an appointment at this location (confirmed over text and email) and arrived only to find they were closed on a Monday morning. Very disappointing.

The time openings are not current so its not the business fault for probably not updating it.It is a fast, you get to go in and out but the lady that poked me hard and moved around and it hurt. I always get lab work done so i frequently get stabbed by a needle but this was probably the most painful stab i had. Short and rushed!Wowza.

Went in for a blood work at 11:30 am and it was so efficient! You simply scan your ID and insurance card and you wait. Thankfully we were the only one there so it all took less than 10 mins from start to finish.

Same as everyone else commenting about the incompetence of the employee who works here. I’ve been here at least three times, and she is always running an hour behind because she’s very confused and slow. Always has to stick me several times when no one else ever has a problem getting blood from me. She also likes to pull the needle out before removing the tube so I always end up bruised and sore. Last time I was there she was an hour behind, stuck me three times and couldn’t get anything…finally someone else came in and took over and had my blood in two minutes. Today she poked me twice and then told me I would have to reschedule because the rule was she could only try twice. Fine I wasn’t going to let her stick me again anyway. I drove to another location and was done in five minutes. Please Quest, fire this person or at least never never let her work there alone. This is the most convenient location for me, but I guess I’ll have to use LabCorps until something changes. Quest should be ashamed not taking care of this issue. It’s obvious from the reviews they know there is a big problem.

I checked in early for my appointment at 10:40 for an 11:20 appointment hoping to be seen early given my work schedule shifted and I needed my blood drawn same day. Someone arrived after me and was brought back before me. I think I waited for about 10 minutes for the lab tech to come get me from the waiting room. After waiting, I walked back and let Maria know I arrived early and was hoping to be seen because my work schedule changed. With a very rude attitude she said “No I have to process these and my break is at 11:00 so you’re going to have to wait.” Meanwhile it’s about 5-7 min until 11:00 and drawing my blood takes 3 minutes. She also would have let me sit there waiting and not communicate anything to me had i not walked back. Don’t come here this entire medical office is awful plus the quest techs are also awful. Waste of time.

The ratings say it all. It's complete amateur chaos in this place. They screw up and you pay the price. Allow an hour or more for them to bungle their way in what should be a routine blood test.
