Terrible terrible experience with Jason Vondrak. All he wanted to do was push debunked conspiracy theories meanwhile praise the ex president. Very bizarre.Update: I see your reply, Jason, and I have no idea what you’re talking about. Also, you stated that many have left 1 star reviews after something about your support for trump was written in a paper…I just looked and I don’t see any recent 1 star reviews, besides mine. Anyway, focus on your business…and not the ex narcissist in chief who is attempting to destroy our democracy. Do better.

Prospect Home Finance was easy to work with and helpful in answering all questions. They were easy to contact and returned calls quickly. The underwriting process seemed pretty easy and online portal was a breeze. Would use a gain.

Prospect Finance dba Prospect Home Finance called my cell number that is on the FCC registry for “Do Not Call” when I am not a customer, nor gave written permission for them to contact me. The first contact was in 2019 and I specifically told the agent to not contact me and put me on their internal “do not call list”. The second phone call was in 2021 by a prerecorded message using a spoofed number to hide where the true call was originating from. Jason Vondrak, president and CEO of Prospect, wrote a letter in which he confirms contacting me a second time , “since it has been a while since we last contacted “.
I would use caution dealing with a company who calls people on the Do Not Call List trying to solicit business and spoofs the phone number to a local area code so as to try to get you to pick up the call.
I have personally taken this company to court and have been awarded a judgement against them for TCPA violations for the phone calls made.

One call to this entity will enter your phone number into a perpetual telemarketing databank for years to come. They'll never stop fielding sales calls from "local presence" area codes designed to trick you into answering. Beyond unprofessional, it reflects poorly on this organization.

The Experience we had with Prospect Mortgage was Outstanding. I can't say enough about there Customer Service. In the Day when you can't reach a business or your call is on hold for days. Roberto Marrero is a Star Agent. He took time explaining the course of a ReFi for us. Roberto called us Daily . Our Refi took 2 weeks to complete. Thank You Roberto Marrero for taking the stress out of the Process.

I asked David Aizuss at Prospect Home Finance to help me with a refinance out of a construction loan into regular conventional financing for an owner occupied apartment building that recently completed remodeling. The loan profile was a slightly harder loan scenario due to two of the units were vacant during the remodeling. I had already lined up two other portfolio lenders that I was considering and David was able to document in the Freddie Mac system the explanation that the two units were vacant in order to be remodeled. Lenders do not like vacant apartments and that could push you to a portfolio lender. One other major wholesale lender could not get me the Freddie Mac loan because of the interpretation of the Freddie Mac guidelines. David asked the underwriter if we can insert the explanation into the Freddie Mac system and that worked out. I read the other reviews and most people do not understand the loan process. The quality of information you provide in a timely manner as well as your personal financial savings and income affect how much you can qualify for. Many of the Fannnie Mae and Freddie Mac loans have the better interest rates but you may not get it the first time around if you do not have long enough employment, lack of credit history, or are unwilling to see which way the interest rates are going. I knew during Covid that it was a great time to refinance but could only start it when the remodeling was over and the apartments are rented. I started showing the apartments two months before they were going to be finished so that I had people lined up ready to sign, and make a deposit. I discounted the rent $400 below market to get people interested. I am ok with a paying points to get a loan buydown. Paying a larger upfront points allows you to get a lower interest rate. When the tide of interest rates is going up you don't waste time. It took 40 years for the rate to drop to 2.5% in December 2021. Anything under 6% is actually below the 40 year average of interest rates. People have to understand there limitations with their credit and income. It can take a year of established income to show your stable annual income. My situation was compounded because I had two vacant units that were just remodeled. I have a loan at 4.5% and my property insurance is $2,000 a year. I am saving a ton on money because I am switching out of St*** F*** was charging $490 a month with a $10,000 deductible. Now my deductible is $2,500 with another major carrier. I would ask people to look up what is a portfolio lender and regular lender to see which category they fall into. If you have a large downpayment but low income and low credit then portfolio lenders will charge more to give you a loan because it is going to take you years to establish a good foundation.

I highly recommend Prospect Home Finance and Brock Crecy!! Our refinance was closed in about 4 wks time and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. After checking with our former mortgage company and being treated like a number and being told it would take a minimum of 90 days AND at a higher interest rate, we decided to work with this company, Any time I had a question and called, Brock was always available to speak with me and answer my questions, Best re-fi experience my husband and I have ever has and we have done a few in our lifetime, So, don't waste your time with anyone else---go with this company and this gentleman! Thanks again! Jeff and Laurie Clements

A guy named Jason Vondrak, apparently the CEO, has called me numerous times, about once a week for the past 6 months. This company spam calls people, probably in the hopes of scamming them. They even figured out how to skip straight to my voicemail when I marked their calls as spam.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. The person in charge, Jason Vondrak, should be behind jail bars. Not only does he exemplify untrustworthiness and manipulation, he also abuses Adderall so much that he can't even keep both eyelids open at the same time. Jason being a crackhead isn't even the worst of it. Kayla Donner, Coby, Joe and Tara, the people directly under Jason, are just a bunch of dopes who follow around this crackhead like some idiot ducklings. The whole company is a joke, I advice staying far away if you want to keep your money secure.

This was the best mortgage experience ever. And I am not exaggerating at all. Joshua Guastucci was our loan officer and he was fantastic.

Hi Jason, Last Friday I called your number and was referred to one of your agents - Sebastian. Your company has been sending me e-mails for the last several months, along with multiple other companies. I always thought your notices looked professional and thought I would see what I can finally do about a refinance. I let him know that I was a novice with this refinance process and I would need his help along the way. He reassured me he would be there every step of the way. He sent me an application and told me he would be in touch on Tuesday (being Monday was a holiday). I filled out the application to the point I could. I had questions on finishing the process. However, here it is Wednesday (Jan19) at 4:30 and have yet to hear from him. Is this just a scam?? I am no longer interested with working with your company, but felt you should be made aware of what occurred and why. I sure hope the information I put on the application will stay confidential. Time will tell.....

I highly recommend Prospect Home Finance. I've refinanced my home in the past and it's never been simple or pleasant. Loan Officer David Aizuss however, made it easy, quick and a pleasant experience to refinance my home. David is a knowledgeable business professional and kept me well informed throughout the refi process. The entire process was virtual with the exception of a notary coming to my house to sign final paperwork. I am extremely satisfied with David and Prospect Home Finance and couldn't be happier with my new loan and, the expediency of the refi!

I wanted to thank Isaac Rodriguez at Prospect Home Finance for helping me with my most recent refinance. Isaac was extremely helpful and professional. His communication was great and he was always available to answer my questions. Isaac got me a great rate and my refinance closed in 2 weeks start to finish. This is my second refinance with Prospect Home Finance and they did a terrific job both times!
