They don’t make you feel like they care about you at all and they aren’t accepting cash anymore and don’t have change. When I said that I wished they would keep accepting cash, they simply said, “So, do you want the be seen or go somewhere else?” I just feel like another number

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This business sucks. Do not come here. Months after going to one appt because my doctor recommended going to them (which the appointment didn’t even help my pain so I paid 80$ that day basically for nothing) I’m getting charged a stupidly small amount (32$) with 0 explanation…. Seems like a way to just try to squeeze a few extra dollars out of someone. I did not come back here and I suggest you don’t even come here in the first place.

If I could give 0 stars I would.AVOID THIS PLACE. My husband called to say he was going to be 5-10 minutes late to my appointment. No one picked up. Left voice message. No call back. When I arrived 8 minutes late, the guy at the front desk said I was 10 minutes late and he cancelled my appointment on the spot. I said, well if you had picked up or called me back it would’ve saved me a trip (and getting humiliated in their lobby). Don’t give them your money. Terrible business operations

I first came to PRN 4 years ago after foot surgery, then after shoulder surgery and now avoiding spinal fusion surgery. Sean McKeowen , was the best therapist ive ever had amoung 10 different locations i tried over 10 years. He did an amazing job of transferring his high level of treatment and care to the rest of the staff here at PRN in mission valley. As Tina Turners sang it, They are simply the best.!

Had PT for a knee issue. Although the knee has not improved as we would have liked, I was able to learn some great exercises for strength and stretching, which I can continue daily. All of the staff at PRN Physical Therapy was fantastic. Each of them were caring, attentive to your needs, listened closely and were flexible to make sure I was given the best care possible. I especially liked the way that staff rotated from client to client during the session. Each staff member provided encouragement throughout their time with me and I felt as if I was their main concern that day! That was refreshing and motivating. A special shout out to Niels, who was kind and provided much needed advice going forward to get down to the source of .y aches and pain. Thanks to all at PRN -Mission Valley!!!!

When I started PT here I had pretty bad pain in both knees after walking just 1 mile. I normally walk 3-4 miles 4-5 times a week. Niels did a thorough exam and put together a PT plan for me. Between he and Cameron, I had 2 sessions a week for a couple months. I can now get back to my normal walking routine with little to no pain. I highly recommend PRN.

I highly recommend this location. All around great staff! Aaron is the most amazing physical therapist I have ever been to. He is so knowledgeable and always seems to have a work around solution to various limitations. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and professional, his demeanor and attitude makes going through a difficult time all that much easier. Thanks Aaron!

I LOVED my whole PRN experience! I didn’t want it to end but they all do their jobs so well I “unfortunately” got better. ☺️ I worked with Aaron Alexander and I felt so well taken care of. He really listened and designed a program perfect for me. As a person he was very kind and personable and also very professional. On the occasion I listened to the other therapists I realized everyone on staff was superior at their jobs. Such a great crew with a friendly atmosphere and great working dynamic. The PTA’s were ON it. The front desk (special shout out to Marivel ❤️) was so helpful with insurance and scheduling. I am so grateful I was lucky enough to come here and I can’t recommend them enough! If it was a gym, I’d join it! I’ll miss going there but Aaron gave me so many great exercises to do at home I know I’ll continue to feel great! Thank you so much!

I really felt I received quality care. The therapists I worked with are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to help you understand what's going on and what is required to progress. The staff was accommodating with scheduling needs and so welcoming.

My physical therapist, Kate Woodward, is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and really cares about her patients. My first appointment, she switched up my exercises and I immediately started seeing results. I had a severe ankle fracture that required plates and screws, and had experienced atrophy as a result of wearing a cast followed by a boot for 8 weeks. Within the first month of working with Kate and practicing her exercises in the clinic and at home my muscle mass started coming back quickly. It was such a marketable difference with my strength and range of motion, even my surgeon was impressed. I think my only regret is that I didn’t go see Kate sooner.A few things I want to mention about PRN Mission Valley:Tons of parking and free (huge plus); The reception area, staff, and PTA’s are all very friendly and helpful; The facility is spacious and furnished with a variety of equipment; The view from the windows is really lovely overlooking all of the greenery off Camino Del Rio North; And the best part: every single appointment, my time felt like MY time. It didn’t feel rushed, ignored, left behind. Kate and all of the PTA’s were there every step of the way. (Pun intended).Physical therapy in itself can be an arduous painful journey. But when you have a group of professionals around you, supporting you, rooting you on, and who want the very best for your recovery, it makes the struggle all worthwhile.A big thanks to everyone at PRN Mission Valley for all that they do!
