My experience with Kathryn, Cameron and Cedric has been great. They are wonderful, caring and professional, I am very happy with the care I receive there. And not to forget the very nice receptionist at the front desk. Thank all of you for everything.

Have tried so many times to make an appointment here with no luck. They never answer the phone and when they do answer, the staff has been beyond rude, put me on hold forever and even hung up on me so I have requested to be referred elsewhere. Someone at the office did promise to call back and I will amend my review if they ever do!

Excellent care received at PRN 4th Avenue! Cannot express my gratitude enough for the care, professionalism, kindness and persistence to regain my physical health after 2 sets of visits with PRN 4th Avenue. Special shout-out to Kate, Heather, Cedric, Cam, Carrie, and Bree for their support!

Excellent care from Dpt Heather, and PT Katharine’s, and the assistants Carrie, Cameron, and Aidan. And the new receptionist is fabulous. Always fun even if they make you work?

Incredible experiences all around at PRN. Bri at the front desk is helpful, friendly, and accommodating. My experience with my PT, Heather, exceeded all my expectations. She listened diligently *and* picked up on physical cues to get to the bottom of what was causing my pain. She helped me build a realistic rehab plan and pushed me to attain my goals. She looked ahead to my plans after finishing PT as well to help me build strength and prevent re-injury. She also is an incredibly kind and down-to-earth person; I enjoyed getting to know her and spending sessions with her. She is exceptionally good at what she does and I cannot recommend her strongly enough.

I came to PRN Physical therapy for a knee injury that prevented me from running without pain. And the 11 weeks therapy I have gone from pain of 11 out of 10 to 0. The PRN team have equpiied me with a set of tools that I can to continue to run safely and reach my goals. The entire team from the receptionist/scheduling to the assistents to the physical therapists are patient, good natured supportive, all while being technically first class. I hope I don’t need physical therapy in the future, but if I do I will rely once again on this team. If you are an athlete and you are sidelined: get here. This team will get you back in your game.

I've seen these guys for rehab after a couple different injuries and I have nothing but praise for this crew of awesome humans. Everyone that I have encountered here from the secretary when you walk in the door to the physical therapists and their assistants are beyond professional, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with your care. This is the best physical therapy you can get in San Diego in my opinion. I have unfortunately experienced subpar PT in a local office and I was extremely discouraged about my recovery. PRN changed that for me. They perform a thorough injury assessment and create treatment plans and exercises to maximize your recovery. They end each session with either heat or ice, dependent on your injury and treatment plan. They are all so wonderful and caring. I highly recommend choosing PRN for your therapy, as a healthcare professional myself I know you will be in competent hands. This is the only place I will choose for any future injuries

Was referred to PRN by the sports medicine doctor I see for an acute injury. It is difficult to get a hold of anyone who works here to schedule an appointment which ultimately led me to pursue a different clinic.Once I got my PT referral approved, I immediately called to schedule an appointment, with no answer. When I called again the next day, there was also no answer, so I left a voicemail. Another PRN location called me back after a couple of days and left a voicemail for me but when I called them back immediately (and left another voicemail), no one got back to me.In total, this delayed the treatment of my acute injury for about 3 weeks as I had to coordinate a change in PT referral. During this time, no one has returned my last voicemail. I guess PRN is not interested in taking new clients!

I had an injured arm/shoulder from a bike accident. I had a very rewarding experience with PRN over about 4 months. Most often Kate was my physical therapist. She was very well informed and helpful and the massages and exercises she gave me were very useful. After 20 sessions I am essentially back to normal- swimming and biking and managing my daily life normally. I am very grateful. BBG

This is the best place to go if you are experiencing rotator cuff problems. A big thank you to the entire staff at PRN.

In my many years of seeking out physical therapy primarily in the Bay Area, I all too often have been disappointed and dropped out before completing my prescribed sessions. What sets PRN apart from all others is that they constantly refined and upgraded my treatment plan in their attempt to assess the source of my pain and relieve the severity of sciatica in my right knee and calf. Sedgwick, Kate, and Stephen were relentless in their diligence, levels of competence, and concern in providing me relief. What resulted was an accurate assessment of what my problem was. This enabled me to receive the next level of care from my primary physician. As a health care professional myself, I so appreciated the professionalism of the entire PRN staff and the level of care they extended to all the patients that I observed around me during my sessions.

I went to PRN for a rotator cuff issue and the physical therapists helped me to slowly build muscle and correct my posture to alleviate pain. The subtle exercises were really helpful and all of the therapists and assistants were kind and professional. The at-home exercise program I was given is really doable and I have noticed results. I will go back to PRN if I ever have another issue or injury.

I recently completed a few months of physical therapy at PRN for a shoulder injury. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff at PRN. From Day 1, they treated me with respect and held me to a high standard in order to push myself towards recovery. In just a few short months, I went from hardly being able to use my shoulder to being nearly pain-free and having near full range of motion. Special thanks to Heather, Kate, Stephen, and Aiden, along with the rest of the team who made it their mission to see me heal. I highly recommend PRN to anyone in the San Diego area!
