First and last time I come to this branch the employees/tellers are so judgemental I think her name Jilma yelling my business to the other employee, the guy making faces honestly worst experience ever I've been banking with us bank for a couple years now and idk she just crossed the line I went in for a simple withdrawal all that was unnecessary.

Just opened up an account with them and I'm pleased so far. I'm going to grad school in the fall so I went for the student account. I went into the bank and Jose assisted me with my every needs. Jose is very kind and a people person. We had a great conversation. The best conversation with a banker where I just have a standard bank account. Jose helped me with resetting the pin to my temporary debit card as well because it wasn't working for me. He stopped what he was doing to come outside and assist me. I'm looking forward to continued business with US Bank.

It is amazing to me how service varies from branch to branch in San Diego. Go down the street to the us bank on Genesse Avenue and Executive Drive, where the tellers act happy to see you, and are actually helpful. Steer clear of this place.

Always friendly service, but the past two times I've been here the teller named Brian was maddeningly slow -- to the point where I almost thought he was doing it on purpose just to annoy me. A simple deposit/cash withdrawal and exchanging coins took over 10 minutes.
