Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful. They couldn't fix my printer and seemed to be angry at me about it. Don't bother with them, find someone else.Rafael was the one on the phone if any ownership happens to see this.

I feel lucky to have found this place. Though I had to drive a bit to get there, they were friendly, professional, and got my printer fixed in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. They are a big asset to the community if you have printer service needs.

I am so happy I found these guys. My printer stopped working and after trying to fix it with YouTube videos and Google help, I brought it here. They took only $20 for diagnostic and in three days I received a call that my printer is back to work. My total cost was only $50 which is nothing compared to its full cost. Friendly and kind service and welcoming atmosphere. I already told all my friends about it, and suggest you too.

Fixed my HP printer. Cost ~$50 ($20 up front to diagnose, ~$30 at pickup if it is fixed). Only took less than 1 business day to fix it, though I was expecting 3-4 business days. Much cheaper than buying the same printer at ~$80 (used) - ~$200 (new), and faster too. Works great.

Very professional, quick, and affordable. I appreciated the expert advice and guidance for how to best maintain our printer. We requested service on a Friday and everything was repaired and taken care of by Tuesday. Great turnaround time!
