I had a lender named Stacey brown with legend lending and it was the most horrible experience I almost gave up I had been trying to close on the same house since February , but then I met Erik and Lucas and they are amazing .. met them early April and moved into my house early May… beyond blessed to have met this duo! Steve from prime lending is the best lender I’ve ever worked with. Not only was the lending process incredibly smooth, but Steve also shared a ton of wisdom as he is also a real estate investor himself. Our property purchase simply would not have happened without Jamie Spencer at Prime Lending. He’s one of those rare professionals whose combination of experience, knowledge and talent give the impression of “ease” to those of us fortunate enough to work with him in the lending process. There was nothing simple or easy about what Jamie accomplished for my husband and me in such a short amount of time. I do not take for granted how lucky we were to be connected with him as I am sure very few in his field could have accomplished what he did on our behalf. I watched him in less than ten days make happen months of the missing legwork we should have been able to show up with when we met him. Then he was able to lead us seamlessly through an ON TIME closing of escrow without complications which was absolutely due to his anticipation and heading off of ANY potential issues that could jeopardize that for us.
