Yes! I strongly feel that Ari’s excellent customer service must be reported!!! She always greets everyone with a friendly smile, and then she goes on to be courteous, professional, and always helpful. And if that wasn’t enough, she further demonstrates very good product knowledge and understanding of sales, deals, and company operations. Her attitude and aggressive hospitality is consistently above and beyond any and all of my expectations. I feel that something must be done about this immediately! I suggest a raise or at minimum an award! Thank you for your time and attention on this matter and please have a great day!!!

Such a pleasant experience from the moment we joined to every time we come and pick things up or drop off. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We’re very happy we use storage here!

Jose and staff embody what customers appreciate: professionalism, respect, time-sensitive notifications, and friendly demeanors. I have been to many storage companies before, and this location is by far the best. My family has had multiple units over a period of 10+ years, and we have always received aboveboard customer service.

Price Self Storage is fantastic for our business! We have shipments coming in consistently and they do great at putting things in our storage unit for us whenever things arrive. We have different needs than the normal renter and their whole staff is very accommodating to all of our requests. This is the safest facility in all of San Diego, as we did our research! I recommend Price Self storage PB to everyone!

been with price storage for the last year found it to be a great company to store with. Got my unit at a very affordable price and it was very easy to close out my storage unit when I was done using it. Highly recommend!
