I will never do business with powerstride again!!!! So this is what happened during covid-19 the government was shelling out tons of money... I was actually able to afford two $500 glass marine batteries for my boat. Then I went to Northern California for two years and that wind storm that happened knocked over the solar panel on my boat there for my automatic bilge wasn't running and I came back to a foot of water in my boat so I knew those batteries were toast.... So I brought the two $500 batteries Plus another smaller marine battery to recycle them there, at first the guy at the counter told me he'd give me $5 for each oh well not a huge deal I was expecting possibly ten to twenty bucks for the batteries each but that wasn't the case. Not a big deal I'm just glad they are off the boat. My issue is when the other guy around the corner came by and asked if there was enough money in the register to pay me out for the batteries leading me to think that I should have got more. Whatever.... But the final comment that made me the most upset was when one of the guys said "keep bringing us more batteries we love them"..... It made me feel as though they think I'm illegally obtaining batteries to recycle them and gain a profit!!! That has to be the farthest from the truth! So it all boils down to I was made to feel as though I was doing something wrong or illegal but the truth of the matter is they are the ones doing shady business and gave me five bucks each for the batteries. I don't care if you give me $1 for the battery but don't make a comment to me as though I acquired these batteries to turn a profit. Shame on you guys I won't be replacing those three batteries with them.

These guys have Odyssey Performance batteries in stock when most do not. They are professional, friendly and extremely hands-on helpful when you need it. I will always be coming back here for my battery needs in the future. They are also cheaper than anyone else in town or online!!

Outstanding customer service. Order 2 batteries for our 5th wheel. There service and communication, were over the top.They were able to deliver them to our Rv Resort where we were staying in, right to my ste.Very pleased with this company, highly recommend.

they offer a 2 yeasr warranty, but won't honor it. very dishonest. battery had an obvious dead cell , but they wouldn't even look. it was like pulling teeth to get them to test the battery cells. and they tried to test the cell with a broken hydrometer, lol. tey told me they had no need for a hydromter in teir shop, lol. i've bought many batteries from these conmen , but never again , and i'll spread the word throughout the marine industry. a warranty is only as good as the company , and their warranty is a fraud. GO TO COSTCO THEY HONOR WARRANTIES AND REPLACE BAD BATTERIES.

Awesome customer service. Frank found what battery I needed for my car right away. Gave me a very good deal. As soon as I got there, Frank and Gary got me in, installed it, and got me out in 10 minutes. Great experience, I would highly recommend.

Forget AutoZone and O'Reillys, this is THE guy to go to for anything battery related. Knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent customer service - I bought a charger here that malfunctioned after some weeks and he replaced it no questions asked. Great business to support.

So my friend's battery (I was borrowing his car) died as I was pulling out from a parking lot near the Rosecrans St/Old town area. Freaked out not knowing exactly what just happened, I pulled out my phone and look for the nearest battery service auto shop. Within 20 minutes in comes a friendly man, I later learn his name is Frank. Frank helps me jump start the car. And instructs me to follow him to the shop. I do as he says and shortly he has one of his men determine the root of the problem with a code scanner to make sure what is going on with the car.Yep, it's a dead battery. And it seems like it probably hasn't been changed for over 4-5 years. The cost to get it replaced? A very affordable price tag. I persistently tried to tip both men and they refused each time. Great service, professional, honest, and going beyond what's expected 5/5 STARS.This review is long overdue (this happened almost one month ago) so I apologize. I would come back and recommend anyone to give these guys a try.Thank you for being lifesavers and total sweethearts!!Seriously.
